Avoided it like the plauge. My older brother is a Doctor Who nut, after too much exposure to his love of the Doctor when I was younger, I developed a deep resentment of the show in general, even the theme tune causes me to shudder.

god, i haven't seen a Dr. Who epi in YEARS. My older brother used to record them off my grandmother's cable when we were both much younger. It seemed no one else in the freakin country had ever heard of it besides us. But man...I can't remember the last one I saw... I remember some sort of little made-for-tv Dr. Who movie came on while I was somewhere between 14 and 16 I think. And I remember thinkin the guy who played the doc was a cutie. But it sucked. I liked the series my brother had copied though.

oh i used to have a ton of Dr. Who on video tape. this was of course on an old beta max, not even VHS. hard to find anymore in the states which is a shame, some on should find it on the internet and tell me where to go.

    it was only the pilot,
i thought its was cheesy and whatnot but it does have potential...i like how the inside of the tardis looks and christopher eccelston(sp) makes a good doctor, hes wierd looking enough to pull it off:D

I used to be a Doctor Who Fanatic.I had about a dozen of the William Hartnell & Patrick Troughton adventures on Video-Tape.
The BBC wiped so many Episodes in the early 1970s so as to recycle those big 2 inch Video Tins ;that many Stories are INCOMPLETE.i.e. missing Episodes.
In some ways this has created a collector's market.
I stopped watching Dr.Who after Tom Baker left.I refuse to watch the new Dr.Who because they will be doing a disservice to the better scripts of the old stories.
I've caught some of the Trailers & decided that It's not for me.
