Not that I have experience in the subject matter, but from my recollection of the RLD, I didn't see anyone soliciting outdoors (although it was in January - it was quite cold). As for the ladies in the windows, the variety is amazing. You've got your run of the mill skanky type chicks to others, who you would imagine seeing in playboy. Definately do some research before you try anything out, and from what I hear - always keep your clothes nearby - NEVER let them out of your site while you are umm.... copulating.
