quit taking grocery store vitamins and get some whole food derived supplements!!! otherwise you are un-necessarily taxing your kidneys and pissing your money away worthlessly.

there are a few good brands out there, but the two best brands I have found are Rainbow Light's "Advanced Nutritional System," and "Source of Life" multi's.

Rainbow Light's product has better mineral bio-availability and, imo, is superior to any other product that I've come across in almost thirty years of nutritional study.

Men, especially if you're over thirty, make sure to get the Iron-Free versions of these supplements, unless maybe you are vegan or vegetarian.

    peace love harmony

The best kind of minerals are colloidal. The ground-up-to-the-microscopic-level kind dissolved in ionized water (You can buy them at any health food store). This means they're in the same form as found in plants.

I know they have the highest bioavailability because they make my piss so cloudy that I can't even see the toilet drain. The whole bowl is just a golden nebula.

so you know you are pissing a lot of it, how much is staying with your body?

I confess that I don't know much about colloidal suspensions of vitamins, tho' I'm well acquainted with colloidal minerals. I wonder if there is any advantage to getting vitamins, antioxidants, etc in a liquid form over a solid form. (there are advantages with minerals) the solid form has the advantage of longer shelf life (I expect) and certainly of smaller container size, less weight and lower shipping cost.

btw, I chew my multi's to assure that I'm not passing half dissolved tablets.

I will investigate the colloidal experience, but seem to recall a considerable reason to doubt any advantage; I just don't recall why I decided that.

I hope your toilet continues to amaze you, and that you live long, prosper, and continue to grow.

    peace
