I heard from someone that animal protein has something in it that helps with eyesight. Also that vegans or vegetarians loose their eyesight faster without it. I tried reading up about it but I havnt found anything. Has anyone else heard about this problem?

p.s. sorry for so many topic posts, I just have so many questions >.<

    Never heard that before.

I know vitamin A helps with eyesight (comes from carrots amongs other things) but never protein. Maybe it's an unfounded theory, like protein defiency. Then again maybe not.

    I'll shut up now :)
