What do you think of Phil Lesh hosting the Jammys? I dont know if i feel like he is a sell-out but i do know i never pictured him to host an award show. Maybe i am being stupid but what do you guys think?
yeah let phil do what he does fuckin best, which is rock at whatever he's doing. hes not a sell out, hes just having a grand time. i would do the same thing.
^^ it is probably wrong that I laughed at that. Makes perfect sense for him to host. He's a major part of the grandfathers of jam band music.
I'm surprised they would go for him. I like the music a ton, but he's never seemed very charismatic. (and...yeah...that liver thing. He'd got to mix that up a little more. I've been hearing it for years and years now, and it just sounds like he's phoning it in now. I know it means a lot to him, and it's a great idea to remind everyone to do it....but after a great show, hearing that drone really drives me crazy!!!)
