can true hate come only from true love??

okay, so i am wondering it a man can really hate his exgirlfriend/lover/whatever if he was really in love with her.. i have just broken up with my boyfriend and i feel as though he truly hates me. this makes me very sad. i would still like to be friends with him, but he won't even talk to me. it is very hard because we live in the same apartment (with other people too) and we see eachother everyday in the kitchen and living room. i don't know what to do. but anyway, i am wondering if only true love can make someone react like this or if it's the other way around and that maybe there never was true love on his part... i dunno.

 

he's obviously very hurt and his response is to turn away and be cold. I kinda do that. I mean, its hard to look/see someone that you once loved and will never love again. Its odd - give it time and get out! It sorta ridiciolous to room with an ex cos the healing process will be dleayed and may hurt your friendship forever.
