bathing suits for pregnant ladies!!

ok this summer i will be pretty pregnant when it is beach time. and screw what everyone says i am getting a bikini, i think it will be cute.......... just wondering what your thoughts on this are..... wold you wear a bikini at 7 months pregnant, cuz i sure as hell am not going swimming in shorts and a top, it's gonna be hot as hell!!!!

I wore a bikini and was very pregnant.

 

I bet you would look adorable. I think society is starting to embrace the pregant belly. I see more and more nice tight fitting maternity tops. Or even girls showing a little belly. I would go for it!

I just had this same discussion with my mom. I'll be spending summer prego as well and i was trying to find a bathing suit. Actually when i clicked on the thread I was hoping you knew of some cute prego bathing suits! LoL I'll prolly end up in a bikini too so rock on mama!

 

One of my favorite pictures of my mom is this one where she's VERY pregant with me and very cute in her little bikini...if I had a scanner I'd show you all. Anyway, bikinis look great on pregnant women--something kinda freaks me out about having a tight one-piece concealing the belly. The prices on that site are pretty steep but I know you could sew pretty much anything you want so maybe these styles can inspire you.

Those are such cute swim suits. As for wearing a bikini.......GO FOR IT! Pregnant bellies are so beautiful!

 

I'm gunna be REALLY pregnany by the summer, too, and it's nice to see that there's some support for bikinis!!!! I was looking at some of the maternity bathing suits that they have at the mall....and even the ones that were in the "expencive" stores looked like they belonged on an 80 year old woman and just flew out of the '80's! blah!

 

I think bikinis would be cool.

I think sometimes it can be a bit much when girls who are pregnant wear less clothes than the majority of people who arent when there in a different setting like, at the supermarket, but at the beach I say go for it!

If I was pregnant, I'd wear one. There's no reason why a pregnant woman shouldn't feel and look sexy. Plus if it'd be uncomfortable to be in something hot and sweaty....go for it!
