what the hell man... I gotta turn on CNN. That's insane. They weren't hurting anyone. That's like that guy who was trying to get let through the road block after Hurricane Charley who was shot with a tazer gun because he wouldn't get back into his car... Florida is insane, man.

 

I saw what looked like a very peaceful woman being arrested because (from what I saw) she was walking with a cup of water that she wanted to give Ms. Schiavo. It looked kind of strange to me.

 

Florida IS insane...

 

Just Florida? Or is this a growing problem that needs to be directly confronted?

We are entering the age of Empire, and unless we unite and act soon, we'll all be hurdled into various forms of camps. Needless to say, people who protest will be in the "undesirable" camp.

Factions within the United States government perpetrated the events of 9-11, and we are being lead down the road toward Tyranny.

All I saw was a young girl being taken away in Cuffs. The story behind that was that she, her Father, and two siblings were staging a "Sit-In" type of demonstration outside the building and off property. They family was arrested for Trespassing.
That's all they said when I first saw the broadcast. I have no other details, and admit this may not be the whole story. I'm just pissed off they arrested an 11 or 12 year old girl on that bullshit charge!

 

Apparently, the kids were told by the police to move but refused. I believe that a 10 year-old boy, a 12 year-old boy, and a 14 year-old girl were arrested.

 

God forbid we ever learn the whole story before we get all pumped up & pissed off about things.

I live like 5 miles from where this is happening, and the people that were arrested tried to break into the Hospice and give Terry Schaivo some water.

Seems like a pretty good reason to arrest somebody to me.

okay the 5 year old shouldn't have been arrested but she doesn't sound like she could be left at school (second lucifer sam story) On the obvers of that same coin though the teacher couldn't control the kid, begs questions of ability

 

One might be inclined to think that this entire situation might be solved is Ms. Shiavo is released into the custody of her entire Family so that they may care for her personally. Whether she is capable of surviving this process or not is not nearly as important as being surrounded by loved ones.

There is no absolutely no dignity to be found in the media circus surrounding this issue. It only serves to lessen the value of a human soul struggling to either survive or escape from her bodily prison.

 

There is no dignity it being kept around as a living corpse either, because you family can't accept you have died and some politicians want to cash in on your situation.

 

All these people crying and whining, but where were they when Sun Hudson was turned off to die- on George W. Bush's signature? It's the difference between Black and White, isn't it?

 

Never heard of Sun Hudson. And I wish I'd never heard of Terri Schiavo either, cause it's none of our damn business anyway. Media and government need to stay out of it.

 

That's why it is so difficult to accept that these people are so accepting of this media circus. It can almost make one question if the family members have any real affection for the poor woman at all.

Has society really degenerated so far that this type of grave and mournful situation can be so easily reduced to an episode of Jerry Springer?

 

unfortunatly i don't think the goverment can stay out of it..but i agree with everything else..

 

It is one thing for the courts to be involved, because her parents petitioned them, but it is another for politicians and media and the general popultaion to make it their business.
