I live about 30 miles outside NYC. Really good dro: 1 gram: 15$ 3 grams:40$ 7 grams:70$ (i know hydro is a growing method and not a strain but this is just what everyone calls it around here.A good indica/sativa mix with huge, ridiculously dense buds and more crystals than you know what do do with. It's the best weed around.) Afghani/northern lights: 1.5 grams:20$ 3.5 grams:40$ 7 grams :80$ Good Middies: 30$ an 1/8 100$ an ounce Regs: no real measurement. most dealers just stuff the bag until its full. nicks, dimes, 20's. Watch out for dust!
i first thought that you^^^ were gonna bitch cuz he was calling it hydro. i live in rural western new york state. i get orange hair beasters, good weed for: $10 per gram up to 7 grams, $100-$120 a half ounce, and around $220 an o. that's the only bud i usually get. better stuff like really dense, crispy, yellow, resinated buds like adirondack (sp?) gold or dark green, fluffy, beautifully done, organically grown buds are like: .8g-$10 1.7g-$20 2.6g-$30 3.5g-$40 and 260 an once i don't really deal with mid grade or schwag but middies are like $30 an eighth and schwag like $30 a quarter.
man your getting ripped off man. A gram of hydro is around 10. And you can get a quater of mids for $15. and i live by detroit to which is of coarse a big city
a quarter of mids for $15? I somehow highly doubt that. Especially when hydro (not that that makes it a great strain of weed) is 10/ gram but pot one step lower you get around 6-8 grams (depending on the friendleness of your dealer) for $5 more? am I the only one who thinks this is odd? I could be wrong, but it just doesn't seem right to me. A quarter of dirty schwag, maybe, but mid grade pot ain't the worst.
well my dealer is my best freind, but why mids is so cheap is cuz nobody smokes it, only hydro and chrons goes around here
well, babyfreak, it's never good if the DEALER doesn't know what's up!! I live on the opposite side of NY from NYC. In southwest corner. Prices ain't bad. 225-275/ oz. for glistening heady nuggets!! Prices go up as you buy in less quantity, but not too much. I rarely buy in small amounts. It's like shopping at Sam's Club. Buying in bulk saves your cash.
yeah, I remember those days. it helps once you start working and producing your own income. it gets a lot easier form there
in canada prices are so low because it;s decriminalized. Everyone (or lots of people) has some. In places where it is a little more risky, the prices jump. It's all about supply and demand my friend.
assfucksohard:hey godot what town are you in? i live in shoreham, and we pick up grams of dro for 20 I live in ossining. where the fuck is shoreham?
Yeah, definitely need to start bringing up the topic with some of my friends in that area. Good Lawd! James Gentleman Adventurer In Training has been without a good blunt for a bit longer than he'd prefer.
I can't comprehend average hydro being (the best weed around) when you say that there are Afghani/northernlights crosses available Then again, a true afghan/northernlights cross, should also be "more" then 40$ an 8th.
It's not a hybrid. By afghani/northern lights i mean two different strains i get from the same dealer. Theyre both good, but the (average hydro) is better. Knowing the name of the specific strain doesn't make the weed any "more" potent.
True, but generally speaking a person who grows Northernlights usually has somewhat of an idea of what they are doing. I disagree about "knowing the strain does not make it any more potent" when a good part of growing is in the genetics. Take a northern lights seed and some schwag seeds, putthem in the same soil, give them the same light exposure, same water intake, and same fertilizer. Which one will you smoke? NL without a doubt..... But hey, who am i, if you like Chemy bud more power to you. Enjoy the dro
You're right about genetics. But a dealer knowing the strain doesnt guarantee the best weed. I've smoked all kinds of weed and at times I knew the name of the strain but the best shit I've ever smoked was just some generic dro. When it comes to "dro", chances are whoever grew it knew exactly what strain they were growing. People who live close to a grower, buy directly from them or buy from someone who buys directy from them still know what kind of weed they're buying. This isn't the case for most of us who buy from dealers who are at the end of a very long line of buyers and sellers. When the weed is going through that many people the name of the strain is usually forgotten and it becomes "dro". It's still the same weed. We all remember what shakespeare said about the rose, right?
1 oz of dro 260 gram of dro 15 1 gram of mids 10 greens 1 gram 5$ exotics 20$ and up for a gram 50-65$ for yeyo
