don't forget this date cos something big will happen

 

I predict the world will end December 5th 2104.

(I'm hedging my bets cause I'll probably be dead by then.)

I predict the world will end by 2 000 000 AD or thereabouts, as the sun expands, swallowing Mercury and Venus, and raising the temperature on the earth's surface by a few hundred degrees Celsius.

 

We've got about 5 000 000 000 years before that happens.

That's right......whew! For a second there I thought we only had a couple million more years. What a relief to know its billions of years away instead.

 

that might be far away for us.. but if humans are still around by then, it would be very soon! think about how the world will be when the date by which the earth will be uninhabitable more closely estimated and approached...

 

I'm sure that the dominant species of that time period will have interstellar travel capabilities by then, and will be able to avert the disaster.

Kids kids.. stop that funny predictions... only GOD knows when the world will end. The better thing to do is how we can reduce our sins.

And since God is omniscient/omnipotent/omnipresent (all knowledge, all action, all manifestation), it is equivalent to say that God is "All that is". Since we exist, we are part of "all that is", and hence logically we are part of God. It then stands as a possibility (one that cannot be accepted nor refuted with absolute certainty) that we might be involved in the part(s) of God that know when the world will end.

If you're concerned about reducing sins, you might first want to reduce/eliminate original sin (the knowledge of good and evil), i.e. get out of the mindset of relativistic duality and separation, and accept that we are all part of the same infinite Whole. Without this understanding, repentance for other sins is hollow and irrelevant.
