Seattle Whashington, go to www.hempfest.org thats there official site. I think last year they had like 170,000 people attend.
They have hemp fests all over. Been to one in CA and one in Eugene, OR. Go if you can, lots of fun and people you can relate to. (Sorry, ma, about the grammer)

Wht you need to do is get your closest local "alternative" newspaper. They should have advertisements when hemp fest comes around your area. And I found out about the Eugene one from a High Times ad. Just keep your eyes and ears open. And you'll have fun, you bet, it's like going to an old Grateful Dead show!
I have always wanted to go to a Hemp Fest, my friend bought a bong though at one and she got pulled over and got thrown in jail for posseition of parafanalia. I can't od jail dude.
i went to seattle's hempfest 2 years ago....iv never seen so many high faces in my life. it was a pretty fun time.
Yeah, they have Hemp Fests all over the country, but Seattle's is the largest and has been most successful in dealing with authorities and government. Yeah, a good majority of people are stoned, but there are little to no arrests and the point intended to get across, always get's through.
I have been to the past three. I don't smoke but I definitley enjoy the atmosphere. The security is all volunteered so people are somewhat free to toke up. Only arrests I have seen were because an idiot decided to break something or punch someone. So if your peaceful (duh) please come down! or up!
