questions for the musicians here

when u guys are high and playing music do u, like me, find it so much easier to improvise and keep the music flowing perfectly. me and my band will record our music when were high and when were sober. and OMG the difference is huge. the solos have more feeling and just flat out sound sooo much better when were high.

 

hell yeah, It's so much better, maybe it's cause I was so high, but everything sounded much better or maybe not. I'd play sooo long, I haven't been able to smoke+jam with people in a long long time. I miss it...

 

i definately feel like i can pick up a jam faster and keep it going for a good hour or so when im high. I'm always up for a good jam session when im high...

Most of the time, not back when I was rookie stoned though, it took me awhile before guitar just kind of clicked with being stoned. Now I almost go into a trance when playing guitar, improvisation and flow are easy when stoned as well. But I still sometimes have problems playing covers with my band when I'm really really baked, remembering the order and lyrics to a shit load of metal songs can be tricky even when sober, but when I'm uber-stoned I can forget alot easier.

 

I have found the same thing, I also think its alot easier to solo when I'm high; also, like many other people I'm alot more creative when I'm high and that helps bring out improvisation.

 

I have been playing the guitar for a few years and when I get stoned I cant remember the songs I know all that much, But jamming is much easier.
