i'm dying to make myself some of these, but every since i found out that marshmallows had gelatin in them, i haven't been able to bring myself to do it. i noticed a while back that although marshmallows contain gelatin, kraft marshmallow creme does not. i'm wondering if you could use that as a substitute. i know the texture is sort of different...stickier. it should still work though, right? any other vegetarians tried this? thanks from a starving pregnant lady. lol.
