It's not like they're taking pics of each other bagging up weed out of a big pound to sell. A few party pics normally don't get anyone in trouble. I've got this pic of all the "party favors" we had for 4/20 2 years ago. It's a pic of all this coke, shrooms, and weed. A cop came across it once while searching my house and just laughed. He said pics usually don't hold up in court and it's too much paperwork for him.
