Trump lost MN in three elections. Now he's retaliating.

He thought he had a reasonable chance of winning in 2024 but he lost MN to Harris by about 4.2%.

Meanwhile, while the violence of Trump's agents was ensuing in MN and elsewhere, CEO of Apple Tim Cook (whom Trump has referred to as Tim Apple), Amazon CEO Andy Kassy, and Lisa Su reportedly were at Mar-a-Lago attending a screening of a film by Melania about her life of riding piggyback on Trump.

Before the 2024 election, the big tech CEO's were supposedly the last barrier of defense against Trump and his civil rights abuses. All of them stood behind Trump at his Oath Of Office ceremony at the start of his second term. Now they're at Mar-a-Lago viewing Melania's film and are expected to promote it.

In her fim, like in her book, Melania, instead of blaming Trump, can be expected to complain about how the FBI searched Mar-a-Lago after Trump refused for a year and a half to returned secret Pentagon documents after being repeatedly told to do so.

Trump's Cognitive Decline More Obvious Every Day

    excerpt:

"We can go down the list, but basically to diagnose dementia, we have to see deterioration from someone’s baseline in four basic areas, language, memory, psychomotor performance and behavior. We’re seeing all of these in Donald Trump. People don’t realize this, but Donald Trump used to be very articulate. He’s actually not stupid or he wasn’t stupid. If you look at tapes of him speaking in the 1980s, he was very articulate and he spoke in polished paragraphs. Now he can barely complete a sentence. Sometimes he can’t even complete a word, and we actually have a name for that. It’s called phonemic paraphasia, and it is a very diagnostic sign of dementia. All of his words he can’t pronounce. That is really a sign of disorganization.

But worse than that, his thinking has become so tangential. There’s really no, he doesn’t understand the question. He responds to some random thought and then he just has his own sort of chain of loose associations to it. The example I like to give is when he was on the USS Washington, he said, “I never like good looking people. I never admitted that before, but you see, I’m allowed to because we won in the Supreme Court based on merit. You know about that. Right now, everything in this country is based on merit.”

The front windshield of the car of Renee Good appears to have only one bulllet hole

An authopsy on her concluded that she was sustained three bullet wounds: in her right breast, her left forearm, and the left side of her head.

It suggests that the ICE officer may have shot her through the side door window area as she passed by in addition to through the front windshield.

A thorough investigation will need to be conducted to determine what happened.

Renee Good Was Trapped in SUV, Responders Tried to Revive Her as Partner Becca Was Taken to Hospital (Exclusive)

    excerpt:

“There was so much blood around the airbag. The white airbag was red. There was so much blood,” he continued, shaking his head. “Renee’s body and her front seat were covered in blood. I could see the bullet hole through her left side. It was very, very gruesome.”

At 9:42 a.m., less than five minutes after the first 911 call, a fire vehicle arrived. Responders found Good unresponsive in her car; she had been shot several times. She had two apparent gunshot wounds on the right side of her chest, another on her left forearm and a fourth on the left side of her head, according to the records. Blood was flowing from her left ear and her pupils were dilated.

The way the situation is shaping up, Gov. Walz could have his National Guard deployed to protect the state and local officials and public from Trump's paramilitary forces.

Both Walz and Trump have prepared military troops but haven't yet deployed them.

It could turn into a bizarre tactical situation.

The DOJ is investiging Walz and Mayor Frey for conspiracy to obstruct of federal immigration officials. It could give Trump an excuse to invoke the Insurrection Act.

The intersection of 38th Street and Chicago Avenue in South Minneapolis is the site of George Floyd's death caused by a police officer with his knee on his neck.

Renee Good was shot and killed by ICE on 33rd street along Portland Avenue. It's within a mile of the George Floyd death.

The Floyd death was sufficient to cause unrest across the country. Trump's agents are doing a George Floyd type of incident repeatedly.

Can Trump Really Use the Insurrection Act?

    excerpt:

"A critical way in which it needs to be reformed is that the criteria for deployment need to be narrowed. One provision of the law authorizes deployment when there is a “conspiracy” that “opposes or obstructs the execution of the laws of the United States or impedes the course of Justice under those laws.” Taken literally, that would allow the President to deploy the 82nd Airborne Division in response to two people trying to intimidate a witness in a federal trial. In addition, the law should be reformed to insure the Congress and the courts have a meaningful role in checking abuse."

Can Trump Really Use the Insurrection Act?

    excerpt:

"Do you think the Insurrection Act needs to be changed or repealed or updated?

Yeah, it absolutely needs to be reformed. On its face, it gives the President a dangerous amount of discretion, and as an exception to one of the most important protections that we have for democracy and individual liberty, namely the Posse Comitatus Act, it should be drafted narrowly and with safeguards against abuse. And actually, the original version of the law, which dates back to 1792, had safeguards built in. It required ex-ante judicial approval for deployments. It provided that the authority to deploy troops would terminate thirty days after the next session of Congress began. It only authorized the deployment of the militia, not active-duty troops. It included a sunset. And then over time, these protections were stripped out of the law. And I think it’s clear in today’s environment that greater safeguards are needed."

Can Trump Really Use the Insurrection Act?

    excerpt:

"But 10 U.S.C. § 12406 is the only law that requires that active-duty armed forces be first, or at least that the President considers using them before going to the National Guard. The Insurrection Act does not have any such requirements. So, under the Insurrection Act, the President could deploy federalized National Guard forces if that’s what he wanted to do."

Trump has been trying to take control of the national guard of states but the courts have stopped him.

He tried to take control of the Oregon national guard directly and failed in court. Then he tried to use CA national guard in OR and failed in court.

Trump's DOJ is now investigating Walz and Frey for conspiracy to obstruct federal officials, which could be used as an excuse for Trump to invoke the Insurrection Act which would make moot the issues over whether he can control the state national guard.

Trump hit a road block with the U.S. Supreme Court telling him that he can't take control of state National Guard unless he has exhausted the use of the general military, which he hasn't even started to use.

That puts Trump in an uncomfortable position of having to consider invoking the Insurrection Act. The last time it was invoked was by Bush during the LA riots in 1992.

Can Trump Really Use the Insurrection Act?

    excerpt:

"What the Supreme Court held was that Trump could not rely on 10 U.S.C. § 12406 except in situations where he also had legal authority to deploy active-duty armed forces, but where deploying those armed forces would not be sufficient to execute the laws of the United States. And that ruling was based on language in 10 U.S.C. § 12406 saying that the President can federalize the National Guard only if the President is unable with regular forces to execute the law.

Right, so that was a 6–3 ruling, with Brett Kavanaugh, John Roberts, and Amy Coney Barrett joining the three more liberal justices. The ruling makes it seem that the law is written, or interpreted by the Supreme Court, in a way that suggests that deploying the National Guard is more serious than deploying regular armed forces because you have to exhaust your possibilities with the regular armed forces before mobilizing the National Guard. I think most people listening to this would think, Oh, the National Guard would be less serious than actually sending in a division of the Marines."

Viewing the videos of the assassination of pretti, you can see he never even looked at the assassins. He was only trying to pickup the woman who was pushed down.

They grabbed pretti's arm and pulled him away. He was still looking at her as they threw him to the ground.

I saw a still of the first shot, in the back by an officer he never even saw.

Then they pumped in 10 more bullets into his dying body to make sure he was dead, and all those officers who witnessed the illegal murder would share responsibility so they would stick to their story?

Too bad the videos show the murderous thugs who beat the shit out of him before murdering him in broad daylight in front of witnesses. They abandoned proper police protocol to not leave witnesses and video evidence behind. Stupid pigs!

And the administration's official rushed responses demand impeachments for outright lying to the world.
