So many potentials from her announcement.
(Im in UK so some of these may be wrong)

1. Her fall-out with Mr T has made her vulnerable in a Kirk kind of way
2. She has no longer any purpose since she can't lick his ass any more. A useful idiot out-living that usefulness
3. Jumping ship, before it sinks (at mid-terms), such that she's not sunk and could come back.
4. She knows she'll be dumped at mid-terms and wants to avoid that humiliation.

Bullies always run away when faced with pushback or accountability.

Maybe she has found Jay-zus.

 

Don't give her too much credit, she is a woman scorned....

 

I think she will resort to Plan B: Run for Governor of Georgia. (USA, not the one near Russia)

 

She would get smoked. She could never get elected as Governor or Senator. She only wins in her district because it's a right-wing Trump-supporting red area.

She's now worth about $25 million, she could easily retire from politics and focus on running her construction firm.

 

My goodness, she's worth $25M - but she started out with so little....how did that happen so fast with her in congress, working for us?

 

Her construction company is valued at $25 million, but that sounds inflated. I can see how her fame, or infamy, has brought a lot of free advertising for her business, but I still can't see $25 million. Fame is fleeting, maybe she should liquidate and sell her company now.

 

Like a lot of people, she's virtually living on Fantasy Island -- like Sarah Palin, Ted Cruz, etc.

 

She could live off her construction firm but I don't agree she couldn't go at politics...at least sometime in the future.
MTG is crazy...like a fox. The MAGAts are ruling the Republican Party right now, but those days are coming to an end, and she knows it. (Of course T---- has no clue whatsoever because in his mind he's the greatest president ever and he can do no wrong. Oh yeah, in his mind he's an actual president too.) There really isn't a place for her right now, now that she's broken away from them. The political environment is too polarized. But in a few years...who knows, maybe by the midterm elections...she'll redefine herself to fit what Republicans will want. Hopefully it won't be as cruel, ignorant and right wing as it has been under T----.

 

I believe as far as politics go, she's done. If she runs for a different office her opponent will bring up all the crazy MAGA shit she's believed, the Jewish space lasers, calling mass shootings false flags, talk about national divorce, etc. And of course the unwavering support for Trump, until lately. I expect she'll run her construction firm for another 20 years and then retire.

 

Seems to me that T---- believes he is the only US President there ever was and ever will be, (other than taking verbal shots at Joe Biden and disrespecting most of his supposed supporters.)

 

If people are stupid enough at least to tolerate T----, they're stupid enough to forget all about the MAGAt years once those years pass. MTG can reinvent herself and they will have no memory of her batshit crazy past. They'll just see what she is at the present and have no clue what a false flag even is.
Granted I don't want this to happen and I'd prefer she crawl back in the hole she came from. And she'd probably do just as well doing her construction as she would staying in politics. But I think she still has potential for some higher office. Unfortunately that potential is not very likely for any significant good.

 

Yeah, remember that time that asshole actor got elected president...and it was an actual landslide?

 

Going way back I remember when Ted Kennedy ran for President in 1980 believing that Chappaquiddick had been forgotten, but his opponent Jimmy Carter's campaign headquarters kept reminding us of it with news articles and TV interviews. Yes Kennedy was driving drunk that night but still Chappaquiddick was an accident. All the crazy shit Margie has done these past few years was no accident, and if she runs for any office it will be seriously rehashed.

 

Maybe you have a point. That car accident happened once and it was used against Ted Kennedy. That MAGAt crap has been happening over and over and over again. But I bet MTG could find a way to spin it to her advantage. After all she found a way to make people eat up her suggestion to kill politicians she disagreed with. Shouldn't be too hard for her to make kissing T----'s shit stained orange ass in the past not a liability.
Again I don't want this to happen. If anything this is a warning. T---- started off in a similar way, and look what kind of an absurd mess we have now.
