I like to make a stuffed turkey, so I bought one last week. It is in the freezer cooling it's heels for a while I once stuffed a turkey with psychedelic mushrooms and cannabis, buried it in a fire pit after wrapping it in banana leaves and foil, then covering it with hot coals and dirt. Seven hours later it was delicious! We all danced on the beach afterwards and swam in the sunset. Tortola, in the BVI, it's magical!

I am fully traditional, I only use American-style savoury/sage-y bread stuffing with onions, celery & carrot mirepoix, using cornbread crumbs & bread cubes. HOWEVER, if I were going to experiment, I'd try sliced lemons and sliced oranges: (I wouldn't use limes or grapefruits, too fruity) There could also be a plum moment I think
