I stopped at a local diner this morning for breakfast. They have 6 outdoor tables and the weather was beautiful. I seated myself at a table and the waitress took my order. i was finishing my coffee when an older woman exited the diner and noticed my bare feet. She said “ sweetie a proper woman always wears shoes when in public and especially dining”
Wow how rude that lady should not said anything to you . But some people are a Karen they should mind their own business. Bare feet doesn’t hurt anybody. I have run into a couple of people like that but that doesn’t stop me from going barefoot everywhere. And I hope it doesn’t stop you from going barefoot.
Sorry you had a rude negative encounter. Don’t stop going barefoot to the coffee shop. Don’t let rude insensitive people ruin your joy and the simple pleasure of coffee while barefoot.
Keep enjoying going barefoot and having coffee barefoot some people just don’t know how hut stay out of other peoples business and what they love to like going barefoot it’s not hurting anybody and it’s natural to go barefoot and I think it’s lady like to go barefoot.
