What'd you use before the internet?

My very first time, I used the Victoria's Secret catalog (believe it or not, I got the tip from my mother.) After that, almost any catalog or newspaper ad with swimsuits sufficed. It took me a long time to cozy up to porn videos. I didn't like how rough and violent they were and how much they objectified the women. I knew a few things about how fucked up the industry was and how the women got treated. But even if that wasn't the case, porn didn't turn me on much. The women were not my types and looked all fake and doll-like. The guys were gross beefy muscle dudes. And most of all, there was WAY too much focus on the guys. But I finally got into it 20 years ago buying porn mags, which were starting to come with free DVDs in a last-ditch effort to keep their customers as more and more porn flooded the internet. So, I started watching the DVDs just 'cause I had them around. Still not always super into them. But got more comfortable with it little by little.

Another source of wanking material when I was young in the 70s was hedge porn.
This was porn mags left by others in hedgerows down rural or semi rural lanes.
