I've seen something similar in Arizona.

 

We've also got the World's Tallest Thermometer. in a small town called Baker, in Death Valley. it stands 134 feet tall in honor of the highest recorded temperature in that are of 134 degrees, recorded in July of 1913.

I like this type off art because it is recognisable, not a greatest of fan for abstract as it usually looks like an eyesore rather than art, in my opinion. If you have to read into it or interpret it, it is not art, it's just a mess buy someone thinking they are an art but cannot do real art them selves but have the audacity to call themselves an artist, but are not.
