Well since February 2nd of this year, when I experienced going barefoot in public for the first time I have logged 75 public places in my bare feet. I am getting more and more comfortable and confident being barefoot in public. Have had several positive conversations with people who had a genuine curiosity about why I was barefoot. Some even expressed future interest in trying it themselves.
Yes! That's the way to go. I was always a bit shy about going barefoot in public but now just do it! I also have spoken to other people, some shod and some also barefoot all of which has been positive. It is the best lifestyle choice
I love walking around barefoot in public and I love walking barefoot in the winter time the cold feels awesome on my bare feet.
I love going barefoot in public and I do get a lot of people looking at me and my bare feet. And I get ask questions why am I barefoot do I need help ? But once I tell them why I’m barefoot they understand.
I've just come home from a barefoot day in one of our ocean side towns. Barefoot on the train both ways, in fact I didn't even take shoes with me! I have been barefoot a lot of times in this particular town and the sidewalks are filthy My soles are now jet black! It was so good today as there were a few people around. I didn't notice anyone in particular take any notice of my barefeet and I was in and out of shops, even went and had a coffee in one place. It was all a major turn-on in fact which I am now doing something about I should add that the temperatures were around 30c which I find perfect for walking barefoot.
I think barefooting is best when you have no shoes with you o you just have to rely on your bare feet and won't ever be tempted to put them on. That's always a great accomplishment. You know you've done a good amount of barefooting. Plus it looks extremely cool!
It is a great accomplishment when you do a lot of barefooting and it doesn’t matter what other people say or think about people going barefoot it’s the greatest lifestyle and I wouldn’t give it up for nothing.
Cultural norms what a crazy powerful thing. All these harsh laws like against things like illegal drugs but millions of people screw that I will do what I want but I better put my shoes on before I go in the mall.
Been on long hikes especially when I lived in California and got miles up the mountainside no shoes so that's it you have to make it back. Bare-footing is a sport and I think I am going to make that topic again.
So did the doctor or staff ask you about being barefoot? I went into the doctors office barefoot a couple of times to turn in a form and to make an appointment but I am sure the receptionist didn’t see my feet, though a couple of patients in the waiting area did and said nothing to me. Went into barefoot at a physical therapist office and they insisted on shoes for hygiene reasons. Not sure whose hygiene they were concerned about, since my feet only touched what shoes came into contact with.
