Lately I’ve been struggling time with my thoughts and visuals in my head of a particular co-worker that I talk to on fb and what not and visualization her just cause of the stuff we talked about and what not...but every time it arises I'm trying to change the script by thinking of a different topic, and trying to see thru the lies my mind is coming up with and trying to focus with I'm reading in my devotions which seems to be helping. The daydreaming usually happens just when ever I think of her either when I’m talking to her on fb or just thinking of her I’m getting flooded with mental images and thoughts and what not….that being said there are at times we talk or share innocent pictures but may have a dirty meaning to gather on messenger which starts with very minor dirty talk and she admit to different stuff (she reads smut, masturbates with vibrators, loves boobes…etc) which makes my head fill with images of her doing bleep and what not, but she’s also a person whoese hard to read if she’s actually telling the truth or not(like I can’t tell if she’s making this up, “you don’t know, I could be talking to guys on my onlyfans….its a good thing I’m good at hiding it, cause it would be awkward for a co-worker tobstukble across it”…..than she was talking about feet finder and such.) I know it’s not important and what not if she does it or not, but every time I think of her or talk to her my mind is flooded on mental images and makes me want to masturbate but right now I want to give masturbation up for the month and having a hard time giving it up with this issue at hand.

    any suggestions?

Seems like you should possibly tell her to stop talking dirty…if she is talking dirty, then she does want you to fantasize and masturbate about her. I talk dirty with a lot of guys on this forum and I know I want them to think of me as a sex object and to jerk off thinking of me

Just say, “look, if you want to fuck then let’s fuck. If not then please don’t talk to me about this stuff.”

I find this to be true a lot. Literally as I'm typing this one of my friends is giving a blowjob to someone and I'm getting a "blow by blow" so to speak. She wants me to get squirmy and want her and it's working well...

Same with my lady. Sex is sex and "it's all good" she might say.

There is "objectification" and then there is appreciating a woman for what she is, not just who. If a man thinks she is sexy as hell, he should let her know that. Depending on who the woman is of course, and the kind of relationship a man as with her. Both ot those things as a #1 priority.

I am as guilty as you are. But the only difference is that I am not talking to them about the same things as you are. :)
Now what is the best fast beat arrhythmia to reduce the flow of blood in the descending aorta while inserting the Medtronics valve into the left ventricle.??

    PS.
The idea is to repair the heart. Not break it. !!!

About 160 to 220 beats per minute, but only for a short time, to minimize risks like ischemia.

Did you get the new Medtronics valve. The titanium cage that support the valve stretches the capillaries that feed blood back to the heart muscles. This has increased the prognosis from 5 to 25 years or longer. The main reason being that the post-op Warfarin cocktail for life is no longer required. The anticoagulant is normally 75mg of Aspirin per day.
Last year, the first procedure was carried out on a teenager.

The cage not only stretches the capillaries, it rejects cholesterol. Like many advances in medicine, this discovery was entirely accidental.

I have just studied the data sheet, it is broadly similar to the Medtronics.
Did your surgeon use transfemoral insertion, here in the UK most insertions are directly into the aorta.
In the US, do you now use aspirin as the long term post op anticoagulant.

Here is the medical professional data sheet, EU version You have probably already seen it.
    ACURATE neo2™ Aortic Valve System
If you open it, you will need to click that you are a medical professional.

It was similar to previous Angioplasty's I had. they went in through the Femoral Artery. After the procedure, they used a vascular closure device they called a Mynx. It's a Bioresobable sealant. THe main advantage is that the entry point seals and I was ale to move that leg again after only about an hour as opposed to a 4 to 6 hour window for healing from previous Angio's
Yes, I do use Aspirin long term. I'm also on Metoprolol Tartrate.

Be sure to follow the advice of your consultant, every patient is slightly different. Unfortunately, if those capillaries start to block, rather than feeling pain, you go into a state or euphoria and everything in the world feels fine as the oxygen levels in your brain drop. It is far better to take a double dose than miss one.

Some years ago, an internet forum set up to help people taking illegal drugs strayed onto prescription drugs.
While I fully agree that antidepressants are handed out like sweets by some GP's, medication following surgery is an entirely different ball game.
When I spotted a couple of posts about people not taking their Warfarin following EARLY TAVI procedure, I hit the alarm bells and NHS England ordered the internet regulator to take the site down.
I believe the site was relaunched, but moderated to illegal drugs.

PS. Early neurological signs of those capallies blocking can be loss of short term memory. It is similar (but not identical) to a TIA condition.
