The fact she has said NOTHING to either confirm or deny her previously stated positions only means we know nothing about her, only where she "used to" be on policies. There's plenty more too...

Like imposing term limits on the SCOTUS.
She's also supported court packing when liberals figure they want to reverse a decision, and she's said she'll restore Roe v. Wade, though of course she hasn't said how.
And just to ruin the economy even further, she wants Jimmy Carteresque wage and price controls....so much for a consumer driven free market

She's a wild child, the most out of touch uberliberal in Senate history, far to the left of even Bernie Sanders and Elizabeth Warren.
That's why she had to drop out of the race, not even popular enough to sustain a campaign in wackadoodle California

Harris has stated she will not ban fracking, and the Biden administration has not banned fracking.
In fact as of 2021 4,600 new permits were issued.
Your second amendment repeal is just B.S., and you know that.
Term limits on the Supreme Court. So?

    Packing the Supreme Court?
The number of justices are are set by statute, Congress can change it anytime it wants.
Originally there were six. In 1800 it was reduced to five. In 1801 it was returned to six.
In 1807 there were seven, 1837 nine, 1863 ten.
In 1866 the Republican Congress reduced it to seven in a political move against Democrat Andrew Jackson.
Of course in 1869 when the Republican president U.S. Grant was in office they made it nine again....for political reasons.

Now as to recent "packing" by the Republicans.
Obama's choice of Merrick Garland was blocked by the Republicans refusing to hold a hearing or vote on his nomination. The first time in history this has ever been done.
In 2017 the Republicans reduced the needed votes for justices from 60 to 51, so they could appoint who THEY wanted. (Majority Leader Harry Reid, D-Nev., was not responsible for lowering the vote threshold to confirm Supreme Court nominees to 51.)
And again, the rest of your post is just unsubstantiated opinion.

In a 2019 CNN climate town hall as a presidential candidate, Harris said “there’s no question I’m in favor of banning fracking.”

Remember Robert Bork? Democrats originated character assassination so bad, it became the invention of a new verb, 'BORKING' SOMEONE

Clarence Thomas? Racist Joe Biden continued the assault with a high tech lynching
Kavanaugh? Dems go on a witch hunt AGAIN feigning sex crimes
Gorsuch? More accusations of sex crimes
Barrett? Sex crimes.... err no dick, errrr.... but she's Catholic
And of course more accusations of sex crimes for Trump ....

Idiots run the country, idiots will continue to run the country, it's a given. We can't seem to vote them out of office, each bunch is as bad of not worse than the other. They all lie their butts off. We don't trust any of them. To bad we can't revamp the entire system, get rid of ALL of them, and restart.

Where "flip flopping is concerned, she'd have to go some to outdoo her opponent. Trump Keeps Flipping and Flopping on Abortion
    https://www.politico.com/news/2024/06/22/trump-policy-flip-flop-00164538
    Tracking Donald Trump's flip-flops

Term limits on Scotus would take a constitutional amendment, which would be hard to come by. A more feasible approach would be to pack the court. Drastic, I admit, but probably the only solution to a partisan and corrupt court. And it's been done before.

You mean Nixonesque price controls? He started it. She's not talking about anything that extensive. As I understand her plan, she seems to be talking mainly about controls on price gouging by grocery chains. I'm more worried about the effects of Trump's economic plan--sketchy as it is. He's talking about high tariffs, deporting all undocumented workers, and politicizing the Fed. Most economists think the Smoot-Hawley tariff was a major cause of the Great Depression, as other countries retaliated and U.S. producers were left without markets. Those tariffs that Trump imposed on China in his last tern as President were paid by those tariffs were paid by U.S. companies importing Chinese goods—mostly components needed to manufacture products in the United States. What Trump's tariffs have cost the U.S. economy
And in 2018, the U.S. government had to shell out $9.6 billion to U.S. farmers to compensate for losses from Chinese retaliation. "This is about $1 billion more than it took in all year from Trump’s China tariffs. Tariffs, therefore, ending up not just harming American companies and consumers, but costing the government money"-- more money than we gained from U.S. importers. " 130 Percent of Trump’s China-Tariff Revenue Is Now Going to Angry Farmers Trump also wants to deport our undocumented workers. Total non-farm payroll employment rose by 142,000 in August, with job gains in construction and health care and the unemployment rate remained steady at 4.2%. A rate of 5% is considered full employment in practical terms. https://www.investopedia.com/terms/f/fullemployment.aspThe U.S. added 15.8 million jobs during Biden’s first 42 months in office, compared to a 2.7 million loss during Trump’s presidency. And now Trump proposes deporting 15-20 million people--thereby creating a massive deficit in the labor market. What would that do to the U.S. economy? A massive labor shortage, without enough employable workers to fill it. As for politicizing the Federal Reserve, that would put the finishing touches on the formula for economic ruin. The Fed is currently an independent regulatory agency whose members can't be fired nor their salaries lowered by the President. That allows them to make decisions on the basis of purely economic considerations. Throughout the Trump Presidency, Trump persistently tried to jawbone the Fed into lower rates for political purposes. Doing that would remove the most effective checks on combating inflation. Talk about ruining the economy!

Hoo boy! You're so into the MAGA cult that you're startin' to lie like the Dear Leader--or should we say engage in "hyperbole". No, Kamala isn't "the most out of touch uberliberal in Senate history, far to the left of even Bernie Sanders and Elizabeth Warren." Anyone who knows the political record and history of those candidates would know there's no valid basis for making those claims. (And Trump's crowd sizes aren't the largest in U.S. history).
Can't win 'em all. I understand the loser you're backing lost a presidential election in wackadoodle USA back in 2020 (although he won't admit it) Alternative facts!

Yeah, so what? You aren't in favor of politicians changing their minds?
You think political dogma is the answer?
The Republicans came up with "Borking". Another one of their stupid nonsense words.
Bork was not appointed because he took part in the Saturday night Massacre by firing Watergate Special Prosecutor Archibald Cox when ordered to do so by Nixon as part of the cover up, he wrote that there is no 2nd Amendment right to free speech except for politicians, he ruled against privacy rights when employees were forced to undergo sterilization to keep their jobs, he wrote against the Civil Rights Act of 1964, and was in favor of poll taxes. Etc.

Clarence Thomas? You mean Long Dong Silver.
Let's see accused of sexual misconduct by Anita Hill, Angela Wright, Moira Smith, and Susan Hoerchner.
The guy who did not report gifts of a $19,000 Bible, a $15,000 bust, yearly luxury gift trips for 20 years, accepted unreported funding of his grandnephew to a tune of $100,000, etc., etc.
Yeah there are a lot of perverts in the Republican party.
Heck, Trump was even convicted of sexual misconduct.

    BTW. Love the Kamala picture.
About time someone has the balls to pass reasonable gun laws.
Trump and the rest of the Republicans sure don't.

Robert Byrd started his career as a Grand Cyclops in the Ku Klux Klan. As a U.S. senator Byrd delivered a 14 hour, 13 minute filibuster of the 1964 Civil Rights Act. His views on race changed radically over time, to the point that he stood alongside John Lewis to sign the reauthorization of the Voting Rights Act in 2006. In 2008 he supported Barack Obama's nomination over Hillary Clinton. Lewis was to say "Senator Byrd sought change and with that change he became one of the staunchest supporters of civil rights I had ever seen."

Mohammad Ali once said that if a man thinks the same at 50 as he did at 20, he's wasted 30 years of his life. I like people who can grow, mature, learn, and change.

FORMER PRESIDENT DONALD TRUMP: I want the war to stop. I want to save lives that are being uselessly -- people being killed by the millions. It's the millions. It's so much worse than the numbers that you're getting, which are fake numbers. Look, we're in for 250 billion or more because they don't ask Europe, which is a much bigger beneficiary to getting this thing done than we are. They're in for $150 billion less because Biden and you don't have the courage to ask Europe like I did with NATO. They paid billions and billions, hundreds of billions of dollars when I said either you pay up or we're not going to protect you anymore. So that may be one of the reasons they don't like me as much as they like weak people. But you take a look at what's happening. We're in for 250 to 275 billion. They're into 100 to 150. They should be forced to equalize. With that being said, I want to get the war settled. I know Zelenskyy very well and I know Putin very well."

If she is so in command constant staring and making funny faces on the debate stage so when it gets chopped up on the news it looks 'natural' but why does Biden and Kamala let them rip us off ?

Europeans have alot of money and many like to point out they have free health care in Europe why doesn't Kamala agree they should not be ripping us off ?

Why are we stuck with the bill for problems in their back yard ?

You're intentionally promulgating known lies from a known liar.
You're full of shit. There simply isn't a polite way to put it.

    333.3 million (2022)

They are ripping us off. 1/3 of the population of NATO and Americans get 2/3 of the bill. No dumb fake news fact check changes that.

Your entitled to your own opinion, but not to your own facts.

Your post is intentionally misleading. The United States spends more on defense than the next 10 largest militaries combined, and garrisons a global empire of at least 750 military bases in 80 countries around the world. We've got a lot more irons in the fire than just NATO. Currently we spend 3.38% of GDP on NATO, less than Poland and Estonia. The U.S. is the largest economy in the world, so as a percentage of GDP we pay more. By contrast, Poland ranks 21st, and Estonia ranks 97th, and they pay a greater share relative to their GDP than we do. NATO has kept the peace in Europe for nearly 80 years, ever since 405,399 Americans were killed in the last war in continental Europe, so it's in America's strategic interests to support NATO, despite any of Trump's unsubstantiated Kremlin-serving lies.
As for "dumb fake news fact checks", you quoted someone who was documented as telling 30,573 lies in four years in office. During the first presidential debate, he told 162 lies in 90 minutes; more than two lies a minute. I cite a range of independent sources. In any contest between documented evidence and Trump quotes, objective reality wins every fucking time. If you consciously choose to believe a liar over mountains of evidence, then there's something so seriously wrong with you cognitively that there's really no point in conversing with you. If you intentionally repeat verified lies told by a well-documented liar, you're a goddamned liar, too. Yeah; you are full of shit!

Whatever $ anybody spent on defence expenditure in Nato, it was not enough to deter the invasion of Ukraine.
