Cannon's ruling wasn't persuasive from a legal standpoint, considering various cases in the past couple decades that have upheld the validity of the special counsel. Cannon is simply riding the coattails of Thomas who made a personal opinion about the special counsel.

It's worth noting that Cannon is known for becoming increasingly obstinate against a party in the court when it tries to reason with her on solid legal ground. Yet when someone like Clarence Thomas makes an opinion, and one that is extraneous to the presidential immunity ruling, Cannon quickly jumps on board. She jumped on board in less than two weeks by ruling Smith doesn't have the authority to be a special counsel (which dismissed the documents case entirely) after dragging the case out for months on just one issue and doing that issue after issue for nearly two years.

Is is so obvious she is just another Trump lover planted there deliberately by the cunning Republican supporters of chaos and disunity spread by disinformation amidst many other perversions of justice.

NH is an example of Trump shrinking electoral map.

    https://www.politico.com/news/2024/09/04/new-hampshire-donald-trump-shrinking-electoral-map-00177390

    excerpt:

"It’s a marked shift from when New Hampshire was among the bluish battlefields where Trump’s campaign boasted it could expand its electoral map as President Joe Biden faltered. Republican National Committee Chair Michael Whatley said days after the June debate that the party had started to “engage” in New Hampshire, Minnesota and Virginia. A post-debate survey showed Trump had erased Biden’s polling lead in the Granite State, leaving Republicans gleeful and Democrats spooked."

Trump appointed Cannon in September 2020. She is known for being tough on defendants who committed crimes, which may be why Trump appointed her. Other people's crimes, not the ones Trump committed.

Cannon has been the opposite for Trump whom she has coddled in the documents case. which seemed like the most easy to prosecute of all four of Trump's criminal cases.

    https://www.politico.com/news/2024/09/04/new-hampshire-donald-trump-shrinking-electoral-map-00177390

    excerpt:

“It’s a very important place in terms of winning this election. It could come down to New Hampshire. I’ll be there,” Trump said.

But Trump put no date on the calendar. Meanwhile, in his absence, Trump’s campaign has not sent a high-profile surrogate to rally the troops here since appearances by North Dakota Gov. Doug Burgum in April and Florida Rep. Byron Donalds in May — despite requests from the state GOP, according to a person familiar with the conversations granted anonymity to discuss the internal matter.

Trump's attorneys want the federal election subversion case dismissed.

Courtroom clash in Trump's election interference case as the judge ponders the path ahead

    excerpt:

"Lauro told U.S. District Judge Tanya Chutkan that the Supreme Court’s opinion required the outright dismissal of the case, a position the judge made clear she did not accept. He complained that prosecutors were showing a “rush to judgment” with their plans to soon file court papers explaining why the remaining allegations should remain intact.

Chutkan was unmoved on that point as well.

“This case has been pending for over a year,” Chutkan said, referencing the fact that the matter has been frozen since last December while Trump pursued his immunity appeal. “We’re hardly sprinting to the finish here.” She said it was clear that whatever her ruling, it would be subject to a further appeal."

Trump's attorneys still think that an upcoming election should stop a criminal case.

What do they think the judge is going to say? "Well you guys were so nice and asked pretty please, we'll just dismiss the case...." has that ever worked?

Trump and his attorneys expect every judge to be like Cannon who assigned a special master to Trump's documents case because she thought it was of the utmost importance to do everything to protect the legacy of a former president. The 11th Circuit overruled her.

    https://www.cnn.com/2024/09/04/poli...-russia-election-influence-efforts/index.html

    excerpt:

"The Biden administration announced a sweeping set of actions to tackle a major Russian government-backed effort to influence the 2024 US presidential election on Wednesday, including unveiling criminal charges against two Russian nationals, sanctions on 10 individuals and entities, and the seizure of 32 internet domains.

At Russian President Vladimir Putin’s direction, three Russian companies used fake profiles to promote false narratives on social media, US Deputy Attorney General Lisa Monaco said in a statement. Internal documents produced by one of those Russian companies show one of the goals of the propaganda effort was to boost the candidacy of Donald Trump or whoever emerged as the Republican nominee for president, according to an FBI affidavit."

    excerpt:

"Separately, two employees of RT, the Russian state media network, were indicted in a US court for allegedly being part of a scheme that funneled nearly $10 million to set up and direct a Tennessee-based front company to produce online content aimed at sowing divisions among Americans, according to the Justice Department. The scheme targeted millions of American news consumers with what Attorney General Merrick Garland described as “hidden Russian government messaging.”"

    https://www.npr.org/2024/09/05/nx-s1-5101991/trump-campaign-arlington-national-cemetery-staff-debate

    excerpt:

"The two staffers, according to a source with knowledge of the incident, are deputy campaign manager Justin Caporale and Michel Picard, a member of Trump’s advance team.

Caporale is a one time aide to former first lady Melania Trump who left the White House to work for Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis before returning to the Trump campaign. He was also listed as the on-site contact and project manager for the Women for America First rally in Washington, D.C. on Jan. 6, 2021 where Trump urged the crowd to “stop the steal” before some of them stormed the U.S. Capitol.

After Trump participated in a wreath laying ceremony on the third anniversary of the deadly bombing at Abbey Gate in Afghanistan that killed 13 U.S. service members, Trump visited Section 60 at the invitation of some family members and friends of the fallen soldiers.

ANC rules, that had been made clear to the Trump campaign in advance, say that only an official Arlington photographer can take pictures or film in Section 60. When an ANC employee tried to enforce the rules, she was verbally abused by the two Trump campaign operatives, according to a source with knowledge of the incident. Picard then pushed her out of the way according to two Pentagon officials."

Allan Lichtman is predicting that Harris will win 2024 election.

Kamala Harris will win election, predicts leading historian Allan Lichtman

    excerpt:

He said Harris was on course to beat Donald Trump even though the Democrats had effectively surrendered the valuable key of presidential incumbency, one of 13 he used to determine the likely outcome.

“Kamala Harris will be the next president of the United States – at least that’s my prediction for the outcome of this race,” Lichtman, 77, says at the conclusion of the quirky seven-minute video, which features him running in a track athlete’s garb, against other elderly competitors in a qualifying race for the 2025 national senior Olympics."

The loss of the Lichtman incumbent 'key' is debatable. Harris is still part of the Biden incumbent administration.

The polls show she's a better candidate than Biden after the dismal showing of Biden in the debate.

Why did Fuentes believe Trump'a election lies in 2020?
