Trump gave a New York drug dealer clemency. Now he’s accused of attacking his family excerpt: "Attorney General Letitia James alleged Braun used threats to compel business owners to pay up like “I will take your daughters from you”, “I am going to make you bleed”, “You have no idea what I’m going to do” and “Be thankful you’re not in New York, because your family would find you floating in the Hudson.”"
Trump gave a New York drug dealer clemency. Now he’s accused of attacking his family excerpt: "In the White House’s clemency announcement, they did not explain why Braun was being chosen for clemency, provided an extremely brief description of his charges and also spelled his name wrongly as “Jonathon”."
It's easy to throw Trump off-track. He very overly sensitive to any criticism of him. Donald Trump lashes out as DNC attacks throw him off message
Duncan said that the GOP is tired of making excuses for Trump. The snake poem Trump keeps reciting could be interpreted as the GOP welcoming Trump back after his riot at the Capitol. Or the mistake the GOP made in welcoming Trump into the party in 2016. As the poem says, “Ha! You knew I was a snake when you picked me up.”
Fanone said recently that it's been exhausting fighting Trump since the riot. Trump doesn't seem to have any limits to how much he is willing to fight and cause trouble. It's been over nine years since he launched his 2016 campaign. He has a way of wiggling out of one seemingly impossible situation after another. Bankers bailing him out financially. Supreme Court bailing him out legally. Narrowly escaping death from bullets by an assassin.
In some of his more recent interviews, Fanone seems a little more at ease. He was clearly frustrated at Trump after his protesters attacked the police and members of Congress. Fanone suffered a mild heart attack while he was being beaten and shocked by Trump's protesters. It's important to not let Trump and his supporters cause more health issues by being frustrated or angered by them.

Article from June 2022. Barr describes Trump as detached from reality after his 2020 election loss. Watch: Trump fraud claims 'like playing whack-a-mole', former Attorney General Barr says excerpt: "The committee played video testimony from former Attorney General William Barr who told lawmakers that dealing with former President Trump’s allegations of election fraud were “like playing Whac-a-Mole,” adding that the claims were “bogus,” “idiotic” and “bull–.” “He was becoming detached from reality,” said Barr. The former attorney general, who also testified in last week’s blockbuster hearing, said that Trump was “as mad as I’d ever seen him” when the attorney general explained that the Justice Department would not take sides in the election. The committee brought forth witnesses to show that the back-and-forth kept up in the months that followed. Former Justice Department official Richard Donoghue recalled breaking down one claim after another – from a truckload of ballots in Pennsylvania to a missing suitcase of ballots in Georgia — and telling Trump “much of the info you’re getting is false.”"
The phone call Trump made to GA secretary of state Raffensperger in 2021 was like a Whac-a-Mole game. Every time Raffensperger would dismiss one of Trump's wild claims about the 2020 election being stolen from him, Trump would concoct another claim. It went on for an hour nonstop.

Trump says he's doing great with Blacks and women. Trump Fumes When Fox News Asks About Harris’s Momentum After DNC excerpt: “I’m doing great with the Hispanic voters, I’m doing great with Black men, I’m doing great with women, because women want safety, they want safety, and they don’t have safety when they have somebody allowing 20 million people into our country, many of them very dangerous people,” Trump ranted.
Trump was at a Black church in Detroit and told Blacks that he was saving them from the immigrants coming across the Mexican border and stealing their jobs. In 2020, Trump talked like he was saving the white suburban women from crime supposedly caused by a fair housing initiative that was passed during the Obama administration that Trump said would cause minorities to come in and wreck the white suburbs.
Article from July 2020. https://www.npr.org/2020/07/26/8952...sewives-and-white-suburbs-but-they-re-declini excerpt: "Trump has claimed that if his Democratic opponent were elected president, "our suburbs" would be destroyed. In recent weeks, he specifically called out a 2015 Obama-era fair-housing initiative that requires local governments to address historic patterns of racial segregation. "Your home will go down in value, and crime rates will rapidly rise," Trump said. "People have worked all their lives to get into a community, and now they're going to watch it go to hell. Not going to happen, not while I'm here.""
Trump made a rambling phone call to Fox and talked over the two hosts. Dialing In to Fox News, Trump Offers a Rambling Rebuttal to Harris’s Speech excerpt: "Several times, the Fox anchors Bret Baier and Martha MacCallum tried to interject to ask a question. Several times, Mr. Trump ignored them. “Mr. President, let me interrupt,” Mr. Baier pleaded at one point. Mr. Trump kept talking. The call-in — which lasted for 10 minutes, until Fox News informed Mr. Trump that the network had run out of time — was hastily arranged. Network producers confirmed the interview less than a half-hour before Ms. Harris began her prime-time remarks."
Fox apparently interrupted a late night comedy show to air ten minutes of Trump ranting about the speech Harris had just given at the DNC convention. Fox cut off Trump after ten minutes of his nonstop ranting and went back to the comedy show Gutfeld. Dialing In to Fox News, Trump Offers a Rambling Rebuttal to Harris’s Speech excerpt: "Finally, while Mr. Trump was still midsentence, Mr. Baier moved to end the interview and thanked his guest for his time: “We appreciate that live feedback.” The network immediately shifted to an episode of its late-night comedy program, “Gutfeld!” The host, Greg Gutfeld, looked bemused. “That wasn’t my fault, Donald Trump,” he said, speaking to the president through the TV. “He’s still talking, by the way,” Mr. Gutfeld joked."
