Not a lot really so far I have seen three people this year and at parks and hiking trails nobody I was the only one. I don’t really see any bare feet on dashboard like I use to see three years ago. I don’t see kid’s or teenagers going barefoot like I use to see years ago.
And when I was getting my pedicure the lady that did my pedicure was barefoot and her co-workers were wearing sandals. That’s the first time I ever saw someone that a nail salon working barefoot.
Not today but last Sunday I went for my first barefoot walk since May. It is winter here at the moment and the weather has been cold and wet for most of June and July. Sunday was forecast for a high of 20c and sunny so I thought I would give it a go! Although I have been barefoot for almost all the colder months I wasn't sure how my legs and more importantly my soles would handle a longer walk. I expected to do 4-5 Km but ended up doing 12.5 Starting at my usual parking place I headed towards the beach mostly on concrete, bitumen and grass surfaces. I even saw several other people barefoot out and about as well. Ending up at the beach I decided to go to the clothing optional section and spent a nice hour enjoying the sun on my naked body After that a walk along the beachfront, stopping for coffee and croissant at one of the surf clubs and walking back to the car. Amazingly my soles handled the walk very well and felt really good at the end. I could easily have gone another 5-6 Km but I had an appointment to meet later in the afternoon. All up, a great day and hopefully the start of another season of long barefoot walks
That’s awesome keep going barefoot . It’s cold where you are and where I live it’s has been in the 100 degrees Fahrenheit. I can’t wait until it gets cold here it will be easier to go barefoot instead of walking on hot cement and every hot black top.
Went for a long ride and stopped to gas up. Standing next to my truck while it filled I saw I was the only one without shoes. Used to be a time I'd see others barefoot as well.
I still see some girls with their feet on the dashboard but not as much as I used to. There's just something about it, maybe that they're relaxed and comfortable, I dunno. Wouldn't mind seeing more guys do it but that's just me. I know recently there's been a lot of "don't put your feet on the dashboard because if you're in an accident your legs will snap and will go through your head" kind of warnings from the safety police. Maybe that's why you don't see it as much as you used to. Too bad, because bare feet rock.
I don’t see people going barefoot in the parks or even walking around there yard like I used to see . And yes it would be nice to see more guy’s go barefoot . It would be awesome just to see more guy’s and girls and kids and teenagers go barefoot . I used to see a lot of people at convenient stores going barefoot now I’m the only one and I do hear people say see he’s barefoot that’s what we should do instead of wearing flip flops. And bare feet do rock I just wish more and more people would go barefoot and I wish Society would let us the barefoot Community go barefoot in places and not think that it’s gross to walk around barefoot because it’s not gross it’s a awesome feeling and theirs nothing wrong with going barefoot everywhere.
I know I’m seeing more guy’s getting pedicures where I go and get my pedicure and they get there toes painted to in all colors and I think that’s awesome. I get mine painted in clear nail polish.
I just got back from shopping at Walmart and a lady ask me if I always shop here barefoot at Walmart and I said yes and she said it’s really nice to see someone else shopping barefoot. And I looked down and she was barefoot to and her kids were barefoot also. I said it’s really nice to see a family shopping barefoot together. So I went my way she and her kids went there way and my feet got a little bit dirty I just they were really dirty maybe next time.
It was awesome to see a mom and her kids shopping barefoot. I wish more people would go barefoot everywhere. She told me that she and her kids hate to wear shoes. Its was awesome.
Today I went to Sam’s club to get a few things and I was amazed to see a kid about 5 years old walking around barefoot with his dad . And I hear the kid say see dad I’m not the only one walking around barefoot in here . I smiled at him he smiled back it was great seeing a dad let his kid shop barefoot with him . And my bare feet didn’t get dirty but the floor felt so good nice and cool it’s 94 degrees Fahrenheit right now here .
Sadly, I got kicked of a gas station convenience store that previously I had no issue being barefoot in on three other occasions. They claimed if the health department came in an saw me they would be fined. I corrected on that point but they were not listening to reason. They just yelled at me to get out.
