Same situation here. Viagra and stimulation works well. Specifically Oral. Staying hard during penetration is difficult. Don’t give up on Viagra or Cialis. They give headaches but Tylenol helps alleviate that side effect. The pills increase blood supply to the damaged nerves…exactly what is needed for their recovery.
