Jeffrey Clark takes the Fifth repeatedly during disbarment hearing. Election denier who Trump wanted to take over DOJ invokes the 5th in disbarment hearing
'Cynical' Trump hit for attending officer's wake while backing cop-beating Jan. 6 rioters excerpt: "Trump was apparently counting on everybody forgetting the 140 officers the DOJ says were assaulted at the Capitol by people he calls 'patriots' and 'hostages,'" wrote Daly. "He used a very different word to describe 34-year-old Guy Rivera, a career criminal arrested in connection with the officer’s killing, calling him a 'thug' and saying that he should never have been released from lockup. Trump was saying exactly what Diller’s grieving comrades would want to hear — sentiments that have led many law-enforcement officers in New York and elsewhere to imagine he has their interests at heart, even though he has proven with his actions that he does not."
Jan 6 police officer slams ‘opportunistic grifter’ Trump as he attends NYPD wake excerpt: Lawyer Ron Filipkowski wrote on X on Thursday afternoon that “Nobody exploits a murder like Trump,” adding that “Meanwhile, he wants to pardon people who beat up cops on J6”.
Lindell formally evicted from warehouse by judge. MyPillow, owned by election denier Mike Lindell, formally evicted from Minnesota warehouse
'Never in American history': Ex-judge hits out at nation's 'passivity' over Trump attacks excerpt: "But suffice it to say, never in history has any person leveled such attacks and been met with such passivity, acquiescence, and submissiveness by the nation," the continued. "It is a regrettable commentary on our times that a lone federal judge, The Honorable Judge Reggie B. Walton — because no one whose responsibility it is to do so has had the courage and the will — would finally be left no choice but, himself, to express on national television."
Trump's 2023 Easter message was to what he called the Marxists who are killing the U.S. He has the opportunity to top that one this weekend on Easter Sunday. An indicted Trump once again posted a bizarre Truth Social holiday greeting, this time wishing a happy Easter to 'MARXISTS, & COMMUNISTS WHO ARE KILLING OUR NATION' excerpt: Trump's post on Sunday wished a "HAPPY EASTER TO ALL, INCLUDING THOSE THAT DREAM ENDLESSLY OF DESTROYING OUR COUNTRY BECAUSE THEY ARE INCAPABLE OF DREAMING ABOUT ANYTHING ELSE."
Vice-chairman of GA GOP illegally voted nine times and is issued $5,000 fine. Georgia GOP vice chairman, a vocal 2020 election denier, voted illegally 9 times excerpt: "ATLANTA - Brian Pritchard, first vice chairman of the Georgia Republican Party, was found to have violated the state's election laws, a judge from the Office of State Administrative Hearings ruled this week. Administrative Law Judge Lisa Boggs wrote in her Wednesday decision that Pritchard violated state election laws by voting while on probation for forgery and other felonies, and that his explanations were neither "credible or convincing." Pritchard was ordered to pay a $5,000 fine and $375.14 in investigative costs incurred by the court. Boggs also ordered that Pritchard "be publicly reprimanded for his conduct" by the State Election Board, which sought sanctions against him."

DeSantis has been on a protectionist bill-signing spree since his presidential campaign succumbed to Trump. DeSantis is now saying that he is teaching the country how to lead (after his failed presidential campaign where he had the chance to show whatever leadership he thought he had).. Florida's Ron DeSantis is passing bills all over the place after his failed presidential campaign. They have a common theme.
Trump 2024 Easter message. Same as last year. Trump takes to Truth Social on Easter Sunday to complain about White House egg roll excerpt: “HAPPY EASTER TO ALL... INCLUDING THOSE MANY PEOPLE I COMPLETELY & TOTALLY DESPISE BECAUSE THEY WANT TO DESTROY AMERICA,”
Another Trump winner. Capitol riot defendant ordered to stand trial in assaults at Santa Ana College – Orange County Register excerpt: "A 53-year-old man already facing charges related to the Jan. 6 Capitol riot was ordered on Friday, March 29 to stand trial on charges of assaulting two people at a “Stop the Steal” rally and counterprotest outside Santa Ana College three years ago. Kim Michael Sorgente was bound over for trial following a preliminary hearing by Orange County Superior Court Judge Robert Knox. Sorgente, who is representing himself, argued he was acting in self-defense when he allegedly slammed a megaphone over the head of one man at the Dec. 6, 2020, protest. Sorgente, who says he lived in his car, has listed Dublin, California, as his mailing address."
Column: As we were warned, the villain Trump has returned. The news cycle proves it excerpt: "Now many regularly ponder if prison is a possibility and whether it would be enough to keep him out of office. Could he go to jail for falsifying business records? For taking, and refusing to hand over, sensitive classified documents? For pressuring Georgia election officials to manufacture votes? For violating a gag order? Could he be convicted of, and sentenced for, any of these crimes, still win the election and pardon himself? The fact that anyone is asking any of these questions, particularly the last, is proof that the future of this country really does hang in the balance. As the 11th hour approaches, millions wait and pray for something, anything, to dispel the shadow Trump continues to cast over our society, to thwart his desire to return to power."
Trump says his fake golf tournament wins are real because the Secret Service is watching him to see if he cheats. Trump: "Now, some people will think that sounds low, but there is no hanky/lanky. Many people watch, plus I am surrounded by Secret Service Agents. Not much you can do even if you wanted to, and I don't. For some reason, I am just a good golfer/athlete—I have won many Club Championships, and it is always a great honor!"
It's remarkable that an unregistered foreign agent, Parnas, had so much influence on Trump. It's very easy to manipulate Trump. Parnas wasn't even skilled at it. Consider what people like Putin can do with Trump. Parnas had dinner with Trump when he was president and told Trump that Yovanovitch was in the way. Like a mob boss, Trump told Parnas to take her out. After Parnas was arrested, Trump said he didn't know him. Parnas was eventually sent to prison. Parnas is now spilling the beans about Trump and his cohorts. Parnas recording shows Trump talking with indicted businessmen the President has said he doesn’t know | CNN Politics excerpt: "The person who appears to be Parnas later says, “the biggest problem there I think, where you need to start, is we gotta get rid of the ambassador. She’s still left over from the Clinton administration.” Trump responds, “the ambassador to Ukraine?” “Yeah, she’s basically walking around telling everybody, ‘wait, he’s going to get impeached, just wait,’ the man says. Amid some laughter from the table, someone replies, “she’ll be gone tomorrow.” About 10 seconds later, an agitated Trump says, “Get rid of her. Get her out tomorrow. I don’t care. Get her out tomorrow. Take her out. Ok? Do it.”"
Where was Trump's leadership during the Covid pandemic and the insurrection at the Capitol. He led Americans to 1 million Covid deaths and 1 million excess deaths due in part to his slapstick denialism. He led his rioters to the Capitol and did nothing for hours to stop the riot. Over three years later, he's still blaming the riot on Pelosi (and, during a lengthy rant at a rally in 2024, blaming it on Nikki Haley who he confuses with Pelosi, like he keeps mistakenly referring to Biden as Obama.) Voters Doubt Biden’s Leadership and Favor Trump, Times/Siena Poll Finds exceprt: "With eight months left until the November election, Mr. Biden’s 43 percent support lags behind Mr. Trump’s 48 percent in the national survey of registered voters."
March 2024 poll shows that Illegal immigration is highest of concerns of the voting public, higher than concerns about the economy, job, inflation, and abortion rights. Article from May 2023 after Trump was criminally charged in NY but not yet in the other three criminal cases against him. Nearly a year later in 2024, Trump has easily won the GOP presidential primary. The view of the public doesn't appear to have changed significantly, after 91 criminal charge have been filed against Trump and after he lost two major civil cases on the order of a half billion dollars, one where he was determined to have committed sexual assault. The public today seems to have modified its stance to saying that it might not vote for Trump if he's actually convicted. The soonest conviction that could occur would be for the NY hush money criminal case in NY which is scheduled to start on April 15, 2024. If he's convicted, surveys can be taken to see if the public actually will take a stance of not wanting to vote for him or if people will push the issue down the road again to wait and wait to see if he wins an appeal. If he's acquitted in the NY case before the 2024 election, it would be a morale booster for Trump. His three other criminal cases may never make it to trial before the 2024 election. Why some in new poll still want Trump in 2024 even if he's criminally charged excerpt: "In an ABC News/Washington Post poll released over the weekend, 51% of the 1,006 adults surveyed listed Trump as their preferred 2024 Republican nominee, compared with 25% for his nearest opponent, Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis. And, when incorporating which way undecided adults would lean, 49% said they would back Trump in a general election against President Joe Biden, with 42% of respondents supporting Biden. Trump's backers include those who think he broke the law, with 18% of respondents who said Trump should face criminal charges in investigations of his efforts to overturn the 2020 election results also saying they would be inclined to vote for him. To be sure, polls in recent cycles have been wrong, including in the 2022 midterms, when surveys predicted a red wave fueled by economic anxiety only for Democrats to have a strong cycle, holding the Senate and narrowing losses in the House. And Democrats insist that Biden remains in a strong position with so much time before the 2024 race, pointing both to last year's results and a string of legislative accomplishments passed with little margin for error in his first two years in office."
