Former Trump administration official, Navarro, ordered to report to prison by March 19 for a four-month term.

He was convicted of contempt of Congress after refusing to testify about Trump's riot at the Capitol.

Apparently, Navarro would be the first former Trump administration official to go to prison.

Navarro is hoping the DC Circuit Court of Appeals will respond to his request to stay out of prison by considering his claims that have become increasingly far-fetched.

Using a similar delay tactic, Trump's legal team is trying to use the Supreme Court's decision to hear his presidential absolute immunity claim to stop the NY Stormy Daniels hush money criminal trial.

Trump makes a remark like that after it was discovered that while president he received about $8 million from foreign governments, most of it from China.

That fact about Trump was discovered by Congress as a result of the GOP trying to investigate Biden for supposedly receiving money from China circa 2018 through his son, Hunter. The GOP came up empty with its accusation leveled at Biden.
