This weekend Trump mocked the late John McCain's war injuries sustained while being a POW while he was ranting about wanting to replace the Affordable Care Act with an unspecified healthcare plan that he's been promising since 2015.

McCain was unable to lift his arms higher than about the shoulders due to his injuries.
