Kari Lake can choose to go down the same road as Giuliani and keep defaming people, because to state the actual election facts that courts have affirmed would be defaming herself because it goes against her fantasies that she thinks are facts.

    Christie's opinion.

Christie reacts to Trump Colorado ballot news: Voters should decide, not courts | The Hill

    excerpt:

"Christie, who has made his criticism of Trump a central focus of his bid for the White House, said while he has “very strong feelings about Trump’s actions on Jan. 6,” he also strongly believes people deserve a trial and jury decision before “rights are taken away from them.”

“So I know it will be counterintuitive to a lot of people who listen to me about Donald Trump, but I hope it just goes to prove [to] you: I don’t hate him at all,” Christie said. “I just think what he’s done is horribly wrong and that he has reserved the right that we would give him as voters [the chance] to lead us again.”"

Takeaways from Colorado’s historic ruling that Trump is ineligible for office based on 14th Amendment’s ‘insurrectionist ban’ | CNN Politics

    excerpt:

"Indeed, judges have never weighed in on these questions because they never needed to. There has never before been even a remote possibility that a president-turned-insurrectionist would run for office again. The case provides yet another solemn reminder of how Trump made history by becoming the first president to try to stay in power after losing."

And one who currently has 91 felony charges against him in four different jurisdictions and is selling Mugshot Edition trading cards and scraps of his mugshot suit to raise money for his campaign and legal defense.

Trump said Obama should be disqualified from elections because he's supposedly not a U.S. citizen.

Trump said Hillary should be disqualified for allegedly misusing classified government documents (Trump did it for real and blatantly).

Trump said Ted Cruz should be disqualified because he supposedly cheated in the 2016 Iowa caucus (Trump cheated for real on a presidential election and blatantly with a riot).

Engoron rejects Trump defense claims in civil fraud suit.

Judge rejects key points of Trump’s defense in NY civil fraud case in bad sign for former president

    excerpt:

"The judge on Monday also knocked a defense argument frequently touted by Trump that disclaimers on his financial statements protect him from liability.

“They are not disclaimers at all, they are not defendants’ statements, and they certainly do not shield defendants from liability; if anything, they expose defendants to liability,” he wrote."

Federal judge rules that Scott Perry must turn over 1,6000 emails to federal prosecutors in Trump's election subversion criminal case.

Judge orders Rep. Scott Perry to disclose 1,600 messages to federal prosecutors

    excerpt:

"The records in question could help fill crucial gaps in special counsel Jack Smith’s investigation. An inadvertently disclosed court document obtained last month by POLITICO revealed key aspects of the messages Perry had sought to shield from Smith’s team, including exchanges with Trump’s alleged co-conspirators in the effort to disrupt the transfer of power. The messages showed Perry as a crucial go-between for Trump and his allies on key aspects of their effort in the final frantic weeks of Trump’s presidency.".

In 2022 the Dallas Cowboys became the first team to be worth $8 billion.

Forbes has said they are the world's most profitable sports team.

Trump went instead with the USFL and lost and mocked whoever purchased the Cowboys.

Donald Trump and American football - Wikipedia

    excerpt:

"In 1984, Dallas Cowboys founder and owner Clint Murchison Jr. stated his intent to sell the team. Trump expressed interest in acquiring the team for $50 million (equivalent to $141 million in 2022), but ultimately declined.

Explaining his rationale for not buying the team, Trump stated in an interview with Ira Berkow of The New York Times, "I feel sorry for the poor guy who is going to buy the Dallas Cowboys. It's a no-win situation for him, because if he wins, well, so what, they've won through the years, and if he loses, which seems likely because they're having troubles, he'll be known to the world as a loser."

Additionally, Trump did not believe there was much room to generate profit given the price. Instead, Trump believed that buying a team in the newly founded United States Football League (USFL) would yield a much higher return on investment for a lower purchase cost.[20]

Several news sources have called Trump's decision to not buy the Cowboys for $50 million to be a business blunder, as the franchise would go on to be first on Forbes' list of the most valuable sports teams, with a 2018 valuation of roughly $5 billion."
