Trump's fake electors in WI settled a civil suit by stating that Biden legitimately won the 2020 election. They faced a possible judgment against them of millions of dollars.

The investigation of fake electors in AZ, WI, NM, PA continues with the help of some of Trump's legal associates such as Chesebro, Ellis, and Powell who were indicted in GA and who pleaded guilty.

At the federal level, Meadows accepted an immunity deal and is cooperating.

Freeman and Moss are suing Giuliani again.

Giuliani has continued to make defamatory remarks about them, almost in court when the judge's decision was made but stopped by his attorney. He made more remarks about Freeman and Moss just outside the courthouse.

Trump can't keep his mouth closed either. Carroll is suing him again for more defamatory remarks he made about her during and after the trial he lost against her. The next Carroll case is scheduled for January 2024.

 

Trump is also making the far-fetched claim that he is immune from criminal prosecution because the U.S. Senate acquitted him in January 2021 for trying to overthrow the 2020 election.
