Now Trump can try to sue the judge for a half-billion dollars defamation.

Trump once counter-sued a bank that he was delinquent in paying for about a billion dollars defamation because one of the attorneys for the plaintiff said that Trump had a pattern of not paying his bills.

Trump lost his half-billion dollar defamation suit to CNN. He also lost a similar suit to Carroll.

Trump still has a similar ongoing suit against Michael Cohen that potentially could make his personal financial information go public which could damage him in the criminal cases against him. Cohen said Trump should have thought about that problem before suing him for about a half-billion dollars.

 

Sounds similar to Bannon's 'We Build The Wall' scheme.

Trump pardoned Bannon before he could be convicted.

Two of Bannon's associates in the scheme were convicted of fraud and weren't pardoned by Trump.

Bannon still faces criminal prosecution for the wall scheme in NY state which can't be pardoned by a U.S. president. The trial is set for late May 2024.

Trump has a criminal trial scheduled for March 2024 in NY for the case that involves his funneling of money to Stormy Daniels.

When Trump was president and people were calling him out for his unscrupulous behavior, he told them to relax and enjoy the ride.

The same can now be said to Trump for his criminal indictments. Enjoy the ride.
