    https://www.cnbc.com/2023/08/03/-donald-trump-arraignment-live-updates.html

    excerpt;

    "Trump was ordered released on an appearance bond during his arraignment.

    Magistrate Judge Moxila Upadhyaya set Trump's bond after the former president pleaded not guilty to four criminal counts: conspiracy to defraud the United States, conspiracy to obstruct an official proceeding, obstruction of and attempt to obstruct an official proceeding and conspiracy against rights.

    As a condition of his bond, Trump was ordered not to violate local law, and to not discuss the facts of the case with any witness other than through attorneys."

    Easy conditions for Trump considering what he has been accused of doing. It's similar to his arraignment in Miami for the government documents case.

    Trump's been whining that the system is two-tier and treating him unfairly.

    Followup.

    Yoga instructor sentenced to year in prison for rioting at Capitol.

    Somerville yoga instructor sentenced to a year in prison for storming the Capitol on Jan. 6

    excerpt:

    "A judge has sentenced a Somerville man to a year in prison for storming the Capitol building during the Jan. 6, 2021 riot.

    In March, a federal jury found 30-year-old Noah Bacon guilty of disorderly and disruptive conduct, among other charges, in connection with the riot.

    Prosecutors presented evidence during the trial that Bacon entered the Capitol around 2:15 p.m. that day and stayed for about 50 minutes, the U.S. Attorney for Washington D.C. said in a press release.

    During that time, prosecutors said, Bacon helped other rioters enter and go further into the building, even as he watched Capitol police try to secure these areas. At one point, he also put a “Don’t Tread on Me” flag over a security camera, the release said."

    It has been written that Jack Smith stared at Trump throughout the proceeding, but Trump would / did not look at Smith. He is at heart--trump---a coward. :cool:

    It gives the impression that a slew of people may be indicted in the GA case which would require time to arraign all of them.

    They probably wouldn't be putting up security barricades and closing the streets if Trump wasn't one of the people expected to be indicted.

    A GA indictment would be a fifth indictment of Trump when including the superseding indictment that was issued by Smith in the documents case, which charged Trump with new crimes related to allegedly trying to obstruct justice by hiding or destroying surveillance video.

    it's somewhat worrisome to think that judge Aileen Cannon with her lack of experience and with the known mistakes that she has made, will be over seeing an important case against the Yam, who put her where she is today.
