As far as being touted by his fans as one of the greatest American prosecutors, Giuliani has essentially done a good job at indirectly prosecuting Trump when he was supposed to be defending him.

One of the more notable examples was when Giuliani went on Sean Hannity's national TV show in May 2018 and confessed that Trump knew about the Stormy Daniel payments all along, a case which eventually led to NY filing 34 criminal charges against Trump.

Giuliani's schemes to overthrow the 2020 election may lead to more criminal charges against Trump by Jack Smith. Giuliani has already voluntarily spoken to Smith's team in a proffer agreement.

Giuliani's meddling with Ukraine on behalf of Trump contributed to Trump's first impeachment.

With a defender like that, who needs prosecutors.

In a flippant way, it could argued that disbarring Giuliani is robbing America of someone who is effective at prosecuting Trump.

In addition to Giuliani, Eastman and Clark are facing disciplinary action.

With Trump in trouble, Republicans step up assault on DoJ and FBI

 

The DOJ is currently investigating the involvement of people like fake elector Kelli Ward who wanted to overturn the 2020 election.

Ward took the Fifth about 250 times during her appearance in front the of the Jan. 6 committee in October 2022 after the U.S. Supreme Court ruled against her request to overrule the subpoena.

Other Trump supporters and close associates, like Meadows and Giuliani, have met the same fate in their quests to not appear before the Jan. 6 committee or not be questioned by the DOJ.

In November 2022, Ward lost her bid in the U.S. Supreme Court to not turn over her phone records to the committee.

Ward lost her bid for a U.S. Senate seat in Arizona by losing in the GOP primary in August 2018.

Ward lost her position of AZ GOP party chair after the poor midterm results in 2022. She was replaced by Jeff DeWit, a former Trump aide.

So much winning.

 

The AZ GOP lost its bid to not pay for the frivolous suits it filed to try to overthrow the 2020 election.
