Why isn't Hunter Biden in prison yet?

Not going to get in to politics with you or anyone else I just said his dad would pardon him meaning what president would not pardon their son or member of their family you would probably do the same.

Hunter Biden agreed to plead guilty to two misdemeanor counts of failing to pay federal income taxes. As part of the plea deal, the 53-year-old also agreed to complete a pretrial drug counseling program in exchange for prosecutors dropping a felony charge of illegally possessing a firearm as a drug user. He owned a gun for 11 days while addicted to illegal drugs.

Obviously Hunter Biden is not the most ethical man around and he'll never follow in his father's footsteps, although George W. Bush did it. He's getting off easy this time, unless he fails a drug test. Hopefully he'll learn from this and won't fuck up again.

 

I have known my computer repair guy for a dozen years or more, My friend has known him for 30 years, since childhood.

SO, why didn't a very connected guy like the Presidents son have a safe place to have his very dirty computer repaired?

That he had to drop it off with a complete stranger? My personal theory is that Hunter knew that the computer was so, so dirty he would not entrust it to anyone in The Presidents circle for obvious reasons.

So why not take a sledgehammer to the thing. If Hunter had been with The Gambino crime family and pulled a disaster like this, his body would have been found floating in a suitcase in Jamiaca Bay. Why, human vanity, perhaps to save the pictures?

As to the word Theft: Once I left my dry cleaning at the place for almost a year. When going back to recover, the clothing had been disposed. Snooze, you loose.

I'd like to see some credibility here amongst my fellow posters, please give theft a rest here.

IRS Revelations: Hunter Said Joe Was In The Room In Message Threatening Chinese Partner

An IRS whistleblower told members of Congress that Hunter Biden threatened a Chinese business associate by saying Joe Biden was sitting next to him, documents released Thursday show.

The text message was found after the investigation into Hunter Biden, called “Sportsman,” began in November 2018 “as an offshoot of an investigation the IRS was conducting into a foreign-based amateur online pornography platform,” the whistleblower, Gary Shapley, said in an interview with the House Ways and Means Committee on May 26. As a part of the probe, the investigative team gained access to some of Hunter Biden’s text messages.

Joe Biden has maintained he knew nothing about his son’s foreign business dealings.

One message showed a July 30, 2017, WhatsApp message with Hunter Biden telling his Chinese business associate, “I am sitting here with my father and we would like to understand why the commitment made has not been fulfilled. Tell the director that I would like to resolve this now before it gets out of hand, and now means tonight. And, Z, if I get a call or text from anyone involved in this other than you, Zhang, or the chairman, I will make certain that between the man sitting next to me and every person he knows and my ability to forever hold a grudge that you will regret not following my direction. I am sitting here waiting for the call with my father,” according to Shapley.

The prosectors didn’t want to create a “strategy to look into the messages and denied investigators’ suggestion to obtain location information to see where the texts were sent from,” the whistleblower said.

Shapley said he served in the IRS for 14 years. He told the lawmakers he decided to come forward because “the Delaware U.S. Attorney’s Office, Department of Justice Tax, and Department of Justice provided preferential treatment and unchecked conflicts of interest in an important and high-profile investigation of the President’s son, Hunter Biden.”

If by the "Big Guy" you mean Trump, then yes he belongs in prison. As for Hunter Biden, if he fucks up again he should go to prison.
