People's suspicions about an imminent indictment of Trump were correct. He was unusually unhinged leading up to his indictment and made threats about death and destruction if indicted in NY.

According to a recording, Trump kicked a reporter off his press gaggle during a flight just days before he was indicted. The reporter asked questions about the possible indictment.

At least two issues are involved in that investigation. One is that Trump was raising money to investigate election fraud that he alleges with a lack of evidence for it. The other is that Trump didn't even spend the money he raised to investigate the fraud he alleges.

It's along the same lines as Bannon's 'We Build The Wall' scheme that installed three miles of fence with significant amounts of money going to personal use. Two of Bannon's associates were recently sentenced to about four years in prison for the scheme after plea bargains. The sentence would likely have been stiffer if they had been convicted without a plea deal. A third associate of Bannon was convicted in October 2022 and is scheduled to be sentenced in June 2023. Bannon was preemptively pardoned by Trump during his final hours as president in January 2021 after being indicted at the federal level in August 2020 but not yet convicted.

 

Kobach promoted the 'We Build The Wall' scheme in 2019.

Trump made Kobach the head of a commission to investigate Trump's alleged 3 million illegal votes for Hillary in the 2016 presidential election. Kobach turned up nothing and the group quietly disbanded.

Kobach lost a primary bid for a U.S. Senate seat in Kansas.

Trump has the same group of odious associates over the years who resurface in one scheme after another. (Manafort, Stone, Bannon, Flynn, Kobach, Lindell).

He pardoned four of the above.

In Trump's perception, all of them are supposedly respectable people who are being unfairly investigated.

 

Trump is expected to say that the former police officer is being treated so unfairly.

The whole issue of George Floyds execution is wrought with misinformation. He did not deserve to die for a non capital alleged crime. I believe that the prosecution of the other officers is problematic and questionable. The careers of the other officers are ruined just because the filed to respond to the misbehavior by an officer who may have had a personal vendetta with the victim. The first video I saw of the arrest of George Floyd that showed him resisting arrest and kicking officers from the back seat of his car. That event was missing in later media presentations. The news cast dialogues implied that George Floyd was a Known Drug Dealer with multiple felony arrests. The Officer who was convicted of murdering him had prior conflicts with Floyd when working together as bouncers at a local night club. Lost in all this was the fact that the officers were attempting to serve a legal arrest warrant for some alleged felony. Also missing was the fact tat Floyd was high on Fentinol at the time of the altercation, which is known to affect judgement and can affect the heart and other organs. The News media went on to portray Floyd as a saint, and the family man with a child. Everything I saw was that his common law wife lived in Texas and his daughter was born out of wedlock, while he was living in Minnesota.

I fear that there is a conspiracy by criminal minds to destroy the legal and social structure of this country. We may all have to be armed to the hilt in order to protect ourselves and property, and to allow criminals to prey on honest citizens while avoiding punishment. Criminals from Texas are already ravaging the streets of San Francisco with Abbots system of sending derelicts to other States. We need to send Tham back to Houston.
