    During an interview, Trump was asked why he doesn't make most of his clothing in the U.S. instead of importing it. He said that there weren't any places to make it in the U.S. and blamed other countries for currency manipulation.

    Considering all of his ;America first' rhetoric, Trump should be making the most effort to produce his clothing products in the U.S.

    The huge difference with India, is that the trade is reciprocal, as it has been since 1,600
    They are not exploiting their own people in order to invest in the west.

    Rich families sent their children to the UK, to train as doctors. Most of them returned home to help their own country, but some families set up medical schools which
    we are now using to train our own doctors.
    Here in the UK, less than one in a thousand doctors have any training in virology, while in India, due to the monsoon season, it is a compulsory second discipline. This helped hugely during covid, with the UK mortality rate in 2020 only being 1.7% up on 2019 and lower than 2017.
    An Indian friend, who is a senior consultant in the UK, did extensive research on the corona family of viruses mutating into humans. She did this back at home and her papers date back 17 years.
    Meanwhile, back in China, people were eating raw contaminated chicken and other meat. That was how the virus mutated.
