Perhaps there should be a march about feeding and caring for the children we already have instead of forcing women to have children they do not want to have.

Maybe they could march for all the unwanted children their organizations are going to adopt from inner cities and the poor that they have saved.....oh, wait not those children. Yeah, the church can wave their arms and wail and bitch about abortions, but where are they to help these mothers to be? My favorite is Catholic Charities. Ten years ago it was $50k to adopt an infant through them....it's gotta be closer to $100k now...there's charity for you folks....baby laundering mill. My boy and his wife have been trying to adopt for 5 years now. It's impossible and everyone has their hand out - they have over $30k invested already and zilch...soon they will age out and automatically become unfit parents to give a kid a storybook life...

this is a brilliant political maneuver to capture the senior vote. Someone finally gave him good advice. But it won't help him win. Does desantis want to cut those programs?

He’s bluffing. He hasn’t had any substantial proof yet. Just more garbage from this doofus. And there’s no way he has the following that he thinks he has.

It does seem like most of the psychologically and emotionally challenged involved in the insurrection didn't quite understand exactly what they were doing.

Of course they were also manipulated by everyone from Trump to the militia leaders to the politicians desperate to score points with their base, to the wannabe influencers on social media.

Sad that US politics has descended to the point where he who tells the most lies wins.

 

What’s worse is that these folks weren’t smart enough to think through all that nonsense. They put their blinders on and ran headfirst right into that wall. Everyone of them should have received harsher punishments than what they received. Not a single one of them stood up in court, like a true “patriot”, to defend what they did- not one!

 

At this point, no one should be amazed at the things that come out of Trump's mouth, yet the fact that he has apparently spent the majority of his adult live as a pro-choice advocate in the abortion debate and is now ardently pro-life seems to make no difference to the base of voters that revere him for fighting against abortion. When he first decided to mount a presidential campaign, he changed his position on the issue in order to attract the base of voters whom he (correctly) figured would help him achieve his goal. His true beliefs have nothing to do with it......only what gets him elected.

That Trump is like this should surprise no one. That tens of millions of people can't (or won't) see it is the most discouraging aspect of the last 7 years, although the roots of this surely go back a lot further than that.
