    All eyes will be on Buffalo NY this week with a forecast of 2-4 feet of snow

    Lake Effect Snow Warning

    Start Thursday, November 17, 7:00 PM EST
    End Sunday, November 20, 1:00 PM EST

    Source: U.S. National Weather Service

    LAKE EFFECT SNOW WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 7 PM THIS EVENING TO 1 PM EST SUNDAY.

    WHAT    ...Heavy lake effect snow expected. Total snow accumulations of 2 to 4 feet in the most persistent lake snows. The heaviest snow is expected late this evening through Friday night when snowfall rates could exceed 3 inches per hour. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph with produce patchy blowing snow.
    WHERE...Northern Erie and Genesee counties.
    WHEN...From 7 PM this evening to 1 PM EST Sunday.
    IMPACTS...Travel will be very difficult to impossible. The hazardous conditions will impact the Friday morning and evening commute. The heavy snow could also bring down some tree limbs and cause scattered power

    Yesterday afternoon we had a wonderful stroll on the waterfront. People were picnicking on the sand under the palapas, and the breeze was divine. Fresh clean air!

    Sunny skies, warm sand between the toes, it's another beautiful day in La Paz.

    It is 'Buen Fin' here in Mexico... Black Friday Shopping weekend elsewhere. Madness I say. So I am off to the mall!

    Must find a sale on something... usually I don't spend a dime just wander about amazed and smiling (hopefully).

    Yes we had a lovely time at a place we go to regularly which is Warners Bodelwyddan Castle Hotel.
    It is 10 miles away from our home, and a £30 taxi ride door to door.
    Last weekend we had a Dolly Parton/Kenny Rogers tribute act, and it was great.
    Dolly in particular sounded just like her.
    Looked like her.
    Boobs and all! :laughing:
    Back there soon.
