    That is the biggest bunch of horseshit ever. That debris field was huge and there was no real crash site, it either got blown up or shot down. Normal cell phone communications were impossible at that altitude in a fuselage. Tell me they were going to let people use those phones on the back of the seats.....

    This is where the rubber meets the road.

    People like Kash Patel can make statements that Trump had a standing order that declassified just about everything he wanted, but signing a legal document making such a claim is a different situation.

    When it comes to court cases, Trump has had little traction in those involving the 2020 election (about 60 failed cases) and against people and groups he doesn't like, such as his RICO filing, which has been whittled down to almost nothing by judges during the past few months with possible sanctions against Trump's attorneys for filing a frivolous suit.

    He scored a win with the secret documents decision by Judge Cannon, although it may be temporary. That one involved judge shopping by Trump by filing in a location 70 miles from Mar-a-Lago with the intention of snagging someone he had appointed.

    Trump can try to shop for yet another judge in Florida that he appointed and see if he can garner a better outcome.

    Judge Middlebrooks is in southern Florida and was appointed by Trump.

    Trump still hasn't released the security video of Mar-a-Lago during the FBI search.

    His son said it would be released 'at the right time'.
