Trump lost his appeal all the way through the Supreme Court to block White House records from the Jan. 6 committee in the context of a non-criminal investigation.

Now he's in a similar situation trying to block material that includes U.S. government top secret property from the executive branch itself in the context of a criminal investigation.

Several good points here. I also see no way for Trump to get out of "taking the documents home" after multiple prior prosecutions and internal department punishment of employees who did so. The classified documents and the other documents are property of the government. I also see no law to prevent Biden from re-asserting executive authority to protect the nation's national security. Trump has pushed the envelope to the limit; however, the DOJ still has some great lawyers who will prevail.

 

There will be riots in the streets if Bannon goes to prison. Said no one ever.

 

Last night on George Noory's show the guest told that Bannon is one of a number of very rich who want to build shelter communities to survive the nuke wars and the end of the world disaster so they could start a new human existence according to what they like. He told Jeff Epstein was one of them and wanted to have 30 to 40 nice looking girls who could bring his own babies to start a new beautiful race. Maybe we should spend more time thinking about the thinking of these ultra rich scum who want to control not only America, but the world.

Biden has made an effort to not inject himself into the fracas. He let the National Archives decide the issue of executive privilege.
