Former acting-solicitor general, Neal Katyal, came up with a strategy for how the Justice Department can circumvent the Trump-appointed judge the ex-president shopped to get from the beginning.

Andrew Weissmann, who served as general counsel for the FBI and a prosecutor on special counsel Robert Mueller's team, began the discussion by saying that the Justice Department appeal the injunction but not necessarily the special master. The documents that fall under executive privilege are going to be very easy to suss out from those involving personal attorney-client privilege. At the same time, nothing that is in a classified or "top secret" folder is going to fall under privileged information for Donald Trump.

 

That's what I have been saying from the start of this. I said all the special master needs is about 3 weeks to sort through it. Now I want to add this: All National Security Classified documents are under President Biden's Authority. That tells me he can take them from this court at any time. Biden is the President today. That also says he can take all the documents after the special master (if he has security clearance) is finished reading them. Then there is the question of the judge's authority to view classified documents? Maybe President Biden needs to step in to protect the nation's secrets and security?

White Privilege” Cards Lead High School Students to Stage Walk Out in Frustration

When the students of Charles Page High School returned for the school year, they were greeted by a number of other students handing out “white privilege cards” in the hallways. According to Fox23 News, the BIPOC students who were fed up with the nonsense hosted a walk out in protest of the racism.

The report says these cards, sold on Amazon, were seen nationally but this is the first time they were spotted locally in Oklahoma. The cards read, “White Privilege Trumps Everything. Member since birth. Good thru death. Card holder, Scott Free.” One student, Fabian Gaytan, said he was handed a card and called a racial slur in the same moment. Previously, a picture of a Black student circulated Snapchat, offering a cash reward “if caught.”



Parents had previously complained about racism within the Sand Springs school district. This time, the students had enough.

If they find Trump shared any of the Top Secret documents, whether he got paid or not - and especially with our enemies, or Israel's - can't he be nailed for Treason? (And, if so, please tell me you can't be pardoned for that....)
