The three crimes that are isolated in the search warrant aren't contingent on documents being classified.

Curious as to what happened with that.

Bobb was talking like the release of the search warrant would be delayed because she hadn't yet worked out the details of its release with the DOJ with whom she said she was not able to make contact.

The warrant was released promptly in the afternoon.

Furthermore, Trump didn't even have to actually think about it when he was president.

He can retroactively say now, without evidence, that he thought about it when he was president.

Even further, he can simply think about it now, without saying it, that he retroactively thought about it when he was president.

In his mind, it insulates him from all criminal prosecution.

Those words sound like those that Dershowitz would use to defend Trump in court for the current documents scandal.

In his defense of Trump at his impeachment trial, Dershowitz said that Trump's coercion of the Ukraine president by withholding U.S. taxpayer money wasn't a crime because Trump was doing it to improve his chances of being reelected in 2020, which Trump thought was is in the national interest of the U.S.

Dershowitz could just as well say that Trump's abuse of the government documents could be used to coerce foreign leaders into supporting him and improve his chance of winning in 2024, which in Trump's mind is in the national interest.

Nixon's orchestration of a burglary could be deemed to be in the national interest because it could have improved his chance of being reelected.

If only he didn't get caught. It damaged the national interest that he was trying to improve.

It looks like Trump will need to hire more attorneys who defend rappers after this week's news about the documents at Mar-a-Lago.

Alex Jones sending Roger Stone nude photos of his wife (in bad taste) but not illegal, Alex Jones attorney attaining Medical and psychiatric records of some Sandy Hook parents and relatives, illegal, disbarment for sure, jail time possible

Judge Investigates Alex Jones' Legal Team After Sandy Hook Medical Records Are Leaked

The judge in a Sandy Hook defamation lawsuit against far-right conspiracy podcaster Alex Jones has launched an investigation of his legal team after the medical records of school parents were leaked.

Medical and psychiatric records of some parents and relatives of the children killed in the 2012 mass shooting at Sandy Hook Elementary in Newtown, Connecticut, were apparently included among a massive document dump including Jones’ cellphone texts.

It appears that the medical and or psychiatric records of the plaintiffs in the underlying lawsuits were recently provided to unauthorized individuals” by one of Jones’ attorneys,

“I am very concerned that there was improper release of highly confidential psychiatric, psychological or counseling records protected by court order and state and federal law,” she added.

This would be the I'm the KING I can do anything defense.

Taken to it's logical conclusion Trump could stand in the middle of 5th Avenue and shoot someone and he wouldn't lose any voters.
