The answer is “yes”- I believe anything and absolutely EVERYTHING negative -said about Mr. Trump. EVERYTHING!! And I HAVE had false and negative things said about me and my wife- couldn’t do anything about it, don’t really care. I want you to clearly understand my position and to assure you that no matter what you say in Mr. Trump’s defense- I will wholeheartedly disagree with you. He needs to move on and leave this country alone- he’s done enough damage!
Trump claims Secret Service stopped him marching to Capitol on Jan 6 excerpt: “Secret Service said I couldn’t go. I would have gone there in a minute," said Mr Trump during an interview with The Washington Post.
Trump also said he would have run into a school unarmed and taken down the mass shooter. (if only he hadn't stopped himself)
McCarthy called Trump and said his office windows at the Capitol were being smashed by rioters. Trump claims Secret Service stopped him marching to Capitol on Jan 6 excerpt: "He told The Post: “From the standpoint of telephone calls, I don’t remember getting very many. “Why would I care about who called me? If congressmen were calling me, what difference did it make? There was nothing secretive about it. There was no secret.”"
Not much was seen of Trump after the 2020 election for about a week. When he resurfaced, his hair was gray. Apparently he stopped using the colored mousse. His legitimate loss must have hit him hard. He gradually developed his stolen election narrative to try to psychologically cope with the loss. He is more intense about it now than he ever has been.
Jan. 6 rioter explains protesters' fury at Capitol cops: 'They should have been on our side' excerpt: "A former Virginia police officer testified against another former cop charged in the Jan. 6 insurrection. Jacob Fracker, who pleaded guilty last month to a felony in his own case, told a jury during the trial of Thomas Robertson that he believed the police officers fighting back the mob of Donald Trump supporters should have been on their side instead of protecting the U.S. Capitol and the lawmakers inside, reported NBC News. “As a cop, I felt like they should have been on our side, like marching with us and doing stuff instead of trying to hold us back," Fracker testified, explaining why he didn't offer assistance to the on-duty police. Fracker told jurors that he had a something like a father-son relationship with Robertson, who is 17 years older and gave him $30,000 after they were fired as police officers, and he said they watched out for one another during the riot and both brought gas masks, while Robertson was armed with a stick."
I am speechless… er post-less… It appears that my attempts to gain an understanding of where the anti-Trump folks are coming from have been an exercise in frustration. Even though closed minds are known to be quite fixed, inflexible and immobile, I have enjoyed the exercise.
Article from December 2021. MAGA rioter kept baton he used to attack cops as a memento – and his judge isn’t impressed excerpt: "There was also this from the judge: “[Courson] was among those seeking to ‘battering ram’ their way through officers protecting the entrance and actually entered the Capitol,” Strauss wrote. “Even more significantly, he attempted to injure another person–specifically [one] officer…by striking him with the baton and [a second] officer…by assisting in dragging him down the stairs.” During his post-Miranda statement to the FBI, [Courson] “admitted to exchanging blows with officers” and to attacking the officer with the baton, Strauss wrote. He also said, “he felt striking the officers was ‘justified.’” Courson told agents the scene on the Capitol grounds was like being in a “war zone” and that he felt like he was engaged in a “battle,” according to the records. “Despite his ‘Thin Blue Line’ face covering (seemingly showing support for law enforcement), he stated that he felt these officers were not ‘thin blue line’ but rather were traitors,” wrote Strauss. “Clear and convincing evidence indicates [Courson] took part in what can only be described as an armed insurrection against American democracy,” Strauss said in his order rejecting bond for Courson."
( To EZGoing) Here's where I'm coming from--He made fun of a disabled reporter--waving his hands in the the air and saying--"oh--I don't know what I said." Despicable. Paid 25 million dollars to keep from going to court to defend his fraud of a real estate school. A crook. Failed on many occasions to pay contractors that did work for him. Crook. Made fun of a gold star family who had lost their son in Afghanistan. They were / are immigrants. Despicable. Told over 30,000 DOCUMENTED lies over his presidency. A liar. Then there was the "when you're a star--they let you do it--regarding grabbing unwanted, uninvited kisses. Speaking of grabbing---just grab em' by the pussy. Assaultive behavior that would put most in jail. A total lack of empathy toward ANYONE other than his braggart self. There's more, but I think that'll do it for now. My position is clear. THE MAN IS A NO GOOD SON OF A BITCH, IMO.
And these things were clearly mentioned in this thread- in the form of said news articles, interviews, political commentaries, etc. Doesn’t matter to some who tend to be close minded to the obvious facts put before them.
Remember 6eyed? His last statement in here was "liberals worship pedophiles"before he was summarily kicked to the curb. There have been others.
The sad thing about those type of accusations is that they are coming from a political party that has members that do that shit and LOVE IT!
Why can’t you understand that: 1) Trump is a racist- prove that he isn’t 2) trump is a misogynist- prove that he isn’t 3) trump is a conman- prove that he isn’t 4) trump is a liar- prove that he isn’t 5) trump is a fraud- prove that he isn’t 6) trump is a Christian- prove that he is pot/kettle
