I'm going to go as far as to say that Russia will collapse the same way they did 30 years ago at the end of the Soviet Union. Their economy cannot take this. Record breaking sanctions + the drain from the war is gonna do them in. Eventually it's gonna get to where they cannot maintain their army anymore. Just like what happened when they were in Afghanistan.

Apparently its be crawling according to reports this morning UK time . That must indicate a problem.

As you say, I'm a little worried that everything is going badly wrong for the Russians that Putin may try something irrational and stupid .

 

This shows the failures of the Russian war machine so far . Not so much Russian occupied territory so far with no major cities taken with the exception of Berdyansk which isnt indicated on the above map but its just left of Mariupol on the coast .

I dont think the Russians will succeed let alone tie the country down once the major cities are won .
Thats why Putin is resorting to propaganda as there is no good news to report to the Russian media .

The reason for that has just been revealed today from the Russian ministry via Sky News

Apparently it was due to a comment made by Liz Truss the UK Foreign Minister regarding Nato on Sky's very own Trevor Phillips Show broadcasted on Sunday .

I think politicians have to be mindful of any comments made may be viewed by others in powerful positions .

 

It's a damn shame the Afghanistan army didn't have the same resolve as the Ukranians!
