In addition to her phone, imagine the Jan. 6 committee issuing a subpoena to Kimberly Guilfoyle's mouth and having it show up screaming at a House hearing.

Perhaps that's why they subpoenaed only her phone.

Guilfoyle is almost as whiny and screechy as the late Ashli Babbitt.

Trump's attorneys tell the Supreme Court that delaying the transfer of Trump's records won't harm the investigation of his insurrection.

Trump lawyers to Supreme Court: Jan. 6 committee 'will not be harmed by delay'

    excerpt:

"Former President Trump's lawyers told the Supreme Court that the House committee probing the Jan. 6 attack would suffer no harm if the justices delayed the transfer of Trump administration records to congressional investigators.

The bold assertion came amid an ongoing legal clash between Trump and the House panel over whether a trove of records that investigators say would shed light on the deadly Capitol riot is covered by the former president's assertion of executive privilege.

Trump's attorneys, in their latest filing, pushed back on the committee's claim that a protracted legal fight threatens to undermine its work."

Trump blows a hole in 2024 presidential debates

    excerpt:

"Few Republicans expect debates will not occur in some form in 2024. The commission may still mollify the RNC. Or debates could be arranged through some other organization or through candidate-to-candidate negotiations directly — the way it worked prior to the commission’s establishment. As Dick Wadhams, a former Colorado Republican Party chair and longtime party strategist, put it, “I don’t think God sent down tablets from heaven saying that the debate commission is the final word.”

“On the other hand,” he said, “any time you get Trump involved with these kinds of things, it gets excessive and it gets out of line.”

“There’s no doubt in my mind that what Trump would want is basically cheerleaders for him to be the moderator,” Wadhams said. “That’s not right, either. I think there’s some middle ground there that needs to be reached.”"

Capitol rioter found with AR-15 during DUI arrest ordered to jail | wusa9.com

    excerpt:

"WASHINGTON — A federal judge ordered a North Carolina man arrested last month for suspected DUI and possession of a semi-automatic rifle held without bond Tuesday while he awaits trial on felony charges connected to the January 6 Capitol riot.

James Tate Grant was arrested in Wake County, North Carolina, last month following an incident at a restaurant. According to police, when officers pulled into the restaurant’s parking lot, Grant flagged them down and said, “They probably called on me,” and said he had been involved in the Capitol riot. Grant, who was behind the wheel, appeared to be intoxicated, police said. While being placed under arrest, he attempted to flee, and then allegedly dropped to the ground, saying, “Just kill me now. It’s over.”

A subsequent search of his vehicle turned up an AR-15 assault rifle, 60 rounds of ammunition and combat fatigues.

The Justice Department then requested Grant’s pretrial release be revoked, noting his conditions forbid the possession of firearms and require him to submit to drug testing and to avoid excessive alcohol use. The department noted Grant’s urine samples had previously turned up positive for amphetamines twice since his release."

Guilfoyle's texts show that on January 4th she declared that she had raised $3million dollars for Trump's Stop The Steal event of January 6th. In other words, her text shows that it was "His" event.

N.Y. Attorney General Outlines Pattern of Possible Fraud at Trump Business

    excerpt:

"The filing outlined what Ms. James’s office termed misleading statements about the value of six Trump properties, as well as the “Trump brand.” The properties included golf clubs in Westchester County, N.Y., and Scotland, flagship buildings such as 40 Wall Street in Manhattan and Mr. Trump’s own penthouse home in Trump Tower.

Ms. James’s filing argued that the company misstated the value of the properties to lenders, insurers and the Internal Revenue Service. Many of the statements, the filing argued, were “generally inflated as part of a pattern to suggest that Mr. Trump’s net worth was higher than it otherwise would have appeared.”

Ms. James highlighted details of how she said the company inflated the valuations: $150,000 initiation fees into Mr. Trump’s golf club in Westchester that it never collected; mansions that had not yet been built on one of his private estates; and 20,000 square feet in his Trump Tower triplex that did not exist."

Adding the influence of Trump to illegal amphetamines, DUI, and possession of assault weapons makes the mix an order-of-magnitude more toxic and dangerous.

AG Letitia James files motion to compel Trump family members to testify in investigation

    excerpt:

"NEW YORK STATE (WRGB) — New York Attorney General Letitia James took legal action Tuesday to compel Donald J. Trump, Donald Trump, Jr., and Ivanka Trump to appear for sworn testimony as part of the office’s ongoing civil investigation into the Trump Organization’s financial dealings.

The motion to compel seeks a court order enforcing testimonial subpoenas issued to Donald J. Trump, Donald Trump, Jr., and Ivanka Trump, as well as the production of documents held by Donald J. Trump. As the papers filed Tuesday make clear, each of the individuals was directly involved in one or more transactions under review. Earlier this month, the Trumps filed a motion to quash these interviews, and the papers filed by the Attorney General oppose that motion.

Since moving to compel the testimony of Eric Trump in August 2020, the Office of the Attorney General (OAG) has collected significant additional evidence indicating that the Trump Organization used fraudulent or misleading asset valuations to obtain a host of economic benefits, including loans, insurance coverage, and tax deductions."

New York's attorney general says Trump's company misled banks, tax officials

    excerpt:

""For more than two years, the Trump Organization has used delay tactics and litigation in an attempt to thwart a legitimate investigation into its financial dealings," James said. "Thus far in our investigation, we have uncovered significant evidence that suggests Donald J. Trump and the Trump Organization falsely and fraudulently valued multiple assets and misrepresented those values to financial institutions for economic benefit."

Although James' civil investigation is separate from the criminal investigation, her office has been involved in both, dispatching several lawyers to work side-by-side with prosecutors from the Manhattan D.A.'s office.

One judge has previously sided with James on other matters relating to the probe, including making another Trump son, Trump Organization executive Eric Trump, testify after his lawyers abruptly canceled a scheduled deposition.

Last year, the Manhattan district attorney brought tax fraud charges against the Trump Organization and Weisselberg, its longtime chief financial officer.

Weisselberg pleaded not guilty to charges alleging he and the company evaded taxes on lucrative fringe benefits paid to executives.

Both investigations are at least partly related to allegations made in news reports and by Trump's former personal lawyer, Michael Cohen, that Trump had a history of misrepresenting the value of assets."
