Errgh yuk !!! - I much prefer my spirits in a glass on their own without doctoring, which is why I like Brandy - and no, one does not add ice to a decent Brandy !!!
Errrmmm - what meat is in that casserole with the sweet potato ??? I like sweet potato too, but I chop and steam them with some parsnips, and then place them in a bowl with a large knob of butter and mash them - makes a lovely base of neeps & tatties on which I then place the Haggis.

Yuk, can't have a casserole without some decent meat in it too - how about Venison - a lovely healthy meat, since there's very little fat.
