What on earth is that?

3 bags PG tips

fill a gallon pitcher with cold filtered water. add 1/2 gallon boiling water (warm-bath method). let sit on counter then go to work. come home, put in refrigerator. next morning, remove bags from pitcher and squeeze out over a tea strainer. serve cold with ample sugar and 2% or whole milk

so i guess it's something almost sort of like a builders tea but cold. that's what i often load up on before work or big workouts/rides.

 

How fascinating.

 

actually it's what i drink with brekky most days. devised over a period of about a year because i grew tired of our goernment approved weak-shit american excuses for local "tea" like lipton, bigelow and stash, and required a tea with a much stronger punch (meaning: fda-violatingly high caffeine). coffee tends to make me sick and commercial energy drinks are garbage so i abuse tea instead.
