Maybe she can pin a tweet of her in a hospital bed feeling like death.

Trump caught in a lie about being invited to World Series game: report

    excerpt:

"Former president Donald Trump reportedly lied when he claimed Saturday that he was invited to attend Game 4 of the World Series by New York Yankees president Randy Levine and Major League Baseball commissioner Rob Manfred.

"Looking forward to being at the World Series in Atlanta tonight," Trump said in a statement from his Save America PAC on Saturday. "Thank you to the Commissioner of Baseball Rob Manfred, and Randy Levine of the great New York Yankees, for the invite. Melania and I are looking forward to a wonderful evening watching two great teams!"

New York regional sports network SNY notes that Trump's statement "ran counter to a Wednesday report in USA Today, in which Braves CEO Terry McGuirk said, 'He called MLB and wanted to come to the game. We were very surprised. Of course, we said yes.'"

Jealous of Fauci, Trump engaged in a similar misleading incident about baseball in 2020 when he said that he was invited by NY to throw out a ceremonial pitch. He wasn't and later said he had to 'cancel' the fictitious event because he was busy with the China Virus.

Trump Announced, Then Canceled, a Yankees Pitch. Both Came as a Surprise. (Published 2020)

    excerpt:

"But Mr. Trump had been so annoyed by Dr. Fauci’s turn in the limelight, an official familiar with his reaction said, that he had directed his aides to call Yankees officials and make good on a longtime standing offer from Mr. Levine to throw out an opening pitch. No date was ever finalized.

After the president’s announcement, White House aides scrambled to let the team know that he was actually booked on Aug. 15, although they have not said what he plans to do. Over the weekend, Mr. Trump officially canceled.

“Because of my strong focus on the China Virus, including scheduled meetings on Vaccines, our economy and much else, I won’t be able to be in New York to throw out the opening pitch for the @Yankees on August 15,” Mr. Trump wrote on Twitter on Sunday, using a racist name for the coronavirus. “We will make it later in the season!”

And so continues the tense relationship between Mr. Trump, a president who hates sharing media attention, and Dr. Fauci, a renowned infectious disease expert who doesn’t mind the spotlight. He appeared this month in a spread in InStyle magazine, lounging (fully clothed) poolside."

At this late stage in the pandemic the virus is essentially on a seek and destroy mission against the unvaxxed, and well, it has found another sucker.

Colorado Supreme Court won't hear appeal of Trump supporter Tina Peters who has been connected to security breaches related to Trump's narratives about a stolen election.

    .
Colorado Supreme Court won't hear Tina Peters' appeal to oversee Mesa County election

    excerpt:

"The Colorado Supreme Court has declined to take up Mesa County Clerk and Recorder Tina Peters’ appeal to reinstate her to oversee the county’s Nov. 2 election.

Peters, a Republican, had appealed a district court’s ruling prohibiting her and Deputy Clerk Belinda Knisley from overseeing the election and subsequent processes after the election, in response to a lawsuit filed by Colorado Secretary of State Jena Griswold, a Democrat, in August. The judge’s ruling said the lawsuit “met the burden of showing that Peters and Knisley have committed a breach and neglect of duty and other wrongful acts.”"

Peters heckles commissioners, nearly asked to leave meeting

    excerpt:

"Mesa County Clerk Tina Peters had to be asked to sit down and be quiet — or leave — numerous times Monday during the weekly meeting of Mesa County Board of Commissioners.

During a routine public comment section at the end of the meeting, Peters spoke about what’s been occurring with her office before and since she was officially removed as the county’s designated election official by the courts, saying things are not as rosy as they appear.

Afterwards, in response to comments from her and other county residents, Commissioner Scott McInnis tried to set the record straight about what the county has had to do in dealing with Peters’ removal as elections chief and the ongoing criminal investigations against her for alleged breaches in election security protocols by local, state and federal law enforcement agencies."

So, what do you think, a slap on the back of the hand and send them both to bed with no dinner? The usual conspiracy sentence.

After the incident, Trump said he loved the people of Texas.

Lawsuit alleges Texas police refused to help Biden bus from 'terrorizing' Trump train

    excerpt:

"Just before the 2020 presidential election, a bus carrying Biden-Harris campaign staffers and volunteers through Texas was tailed by Trump supporters, some of whom were "driving in a way that appeared to be an attempt to push the bus off the road onto the shoulder," according to court documents.

A lawsuit was filed Friday by former Texas state Sen. Wendy Davis and two former campaign staffers who were on the bus, along with the bus driver, alleging negligence by the San Marcos Police Department.

"For at least ninety minutes, including during the entirety of the stretch of I-35 inside the San Marcos city lines, the Trump Train pursued and terrorized the Plaintiffs," the lawsuit alleges. "Plaintiffs tried to get help. They repeatedly called 911. They requested police escorts. San Marcos refused to help.""

Knisely has been charged with a felony.

She appears to have been using the workstation of her cohort, Tina Peters (a Trump enthusiast who is currently under investigation), to access and print documents when she had been barred from doing so.

Mesa County deputy clerk charged with felony after allegedly entering office while suspended

    excerpt:

"Mesa County Deputy Clerk Belinda Knisley turned herself in on Wednesday after being charged with felony burglary and misdemeanor cybercrimes, according to local prosecutors.

An arrest warrant was issued Thursday after Knisley, 66, allegedly entered the Clerk and Recorder’s office on Aug. 25 and tried to use County Clerk Tina Peters’ credentials to print documents. Knisley had been suspended from her job two days earlier and barred from returning to the office.

The Grand Junction Daily Sentinel first reported the charges Wednesday .

Knisley, who appeared in Mesa County District Court Wednesday, was released on a $2,000 personal recognizance bond and has another hearing set for Sept. 9.

“Because Ms. Knisley was willing to turn herself in, the District Attorney made arrangements for her to avoid going through the jail,” according to a statement from the Mesa County District Attorney’s Office.

The charges against Knisley are separate from local, state and federal criminal investigations into a breach of the county’s election software, according to the Mesa County District Attorney’s office. That probe came after the Colorado Secretary of State’s Office said County Clerk Tina Peters, Knisley’s boss, copied election software and allowed an unauthorized person to attend a voting system update in May."

This reminded me of Michael Moore's Fahrenheit 911. The film tells what the Bush faction did during their run against Gore. The false claims, misrepresentation, and the use of Florida officials to kick out thousands of black voters off the rolls is so similar to what Trump did against Clinton. The Republican play book is an open read now and the Democrats need to wake up. Democrats need to stick together, unlike what Manchin is doing. Manchin is serving big energy companies, just like Bush did and Trump too. Today The Republicans want to use their ploy again so they can kick off voters from the list of the eligible, and also establish new state regulations which give Republican legislators authority to overturn election results. One would think Democrats could ride that one until the cows come home in 2022. Every Democrat advertisement should educate the voters about the Republican Trickery. The Republicans can not win without cheating.

Trump knows more about baseball than anybody.

Grand Junction, Colorado is the county seat of Mesa County. I happened to be passing thru there last month. Weird place.
